一、迷你甜甜圈的制作方法
迷你甜(tian)(tian)甜(tian)(tian)圈(quan),就是一(yi)種(zhong)體積比較小的甜(tian)(tian)甜(tian)(tian)圈(quan),在家自制(zhi)(zhi)甜(tian)(tian)甜(tian)(tian)圈(quan)要(yao)給面團發(fa)酵(jiao),還(huan)要(yao)用油(you)炸,非常(chang)麻(ma)煩,有時控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)不好(hao)油(you)溫,炸出來也(ye)不太好(hao)吃,不適合手殘星(xing)人,這(zhe)時就可以選擇自制(zhi)(zhi)迷你甜(tian)(tian)甜(tian)(tian)圈(quan),這(zhe)是一(yi)種(zhong)用烤箱烤出來的甜(tian)(tian)甜(tian)(tian)圈(quan)。迷你甜(tian)(tian)甜(tian)(tian)圈(quan)的做(zuo)法(fa)是:

6、烤(kao)箱預熱175度(du),將甜甜圈模具放入中層,烤(kao)制12-15分鐘(zhong),然后(hou)就(jiu)可以取出甜甜圈食(shi)用(yong)了。
7、如果想添加其他輔料(liao),例(li)如巧(qiao)克力(li),可以將(jiang)巧(qiao)克力(li)隔水融化后,將(jiang)甜甜圈一面(mian)沾滿巧(qiao)克力(li)作為(wei)裝飾即可。
二、自制面包甜甜圈的竅門

1、偏愛(ai)(ai)松(song)軟口(kou)感的,應在迷你甜甜圈出爐后趁熱食(shi)用,或放入(ru)加蓋容(rong)器;愛(ai)(ai)吃外酥里嫩口(kou)感的就可以(yi)暴露在空(kong)氣(qi)中放置幾分鐘再(zai)食(shi)用。
2、如果白砂(sha)糖的顆(ke)粒較大(da),可以在(zai)面糊攪(jiao)勻后放置(zhi)5分鐘左右,再(zai)次(ci)攪(jiao)勻,糖就(jiu)會(hui)融化了(le)。
3、篩(shai)入面粉時建議提前過篩(shai)好再(zai)操作(zuo)蛋(dan)液(ye),避免打(da)發的蛋(dan)液(ye)因(yin)為放太久而消泡。
