1.準備部分所需材料;
2.400克淡(dan)奶油加(jia)入(ru)50克白糖,打發至(zhi)略顯(xian)紋路,放入(ru)草莓(mei)醬攪(jiao)拌均勻;
3.80克牛奶放(fang)(fang)入魚(yu)膠(jiao)片(pian)(pian)泡軟(ruan),泡軟(ruan)后,魚(yu)膠(jiao)片(pian)(pian)放(fang)(fang)入鍋中隔水(shui)融化;
4.準備好戚風蛋(dan)糕;
5.蛋糕(gao)片剪去邊,比蛋糕(gao)模具小一(yi)圈即可,然后一(yi)切二;
6.取1片(pian)(pian)蛋糕片(pian)(pian)放入活(huo)底模具內;
7.融(rong)化的魚膠片放入淡奶油中,攪拌均勻,即成慕斯餡;
8.倒(dao)入一半的慕斯餡;
9.再放(fang)入(ru)一片蛋(dan)糕,倒入(ru)余下(xia)的慕(mu)斯(si)餡,蓋上(shang)保(bao)鮮膜(mo)放(fang)入(ru)冰箱冷(leng)藏室(shi)4小時。
