1、故障原因
一般這個故障(zhang)在排除硬件問題以(yi)后(hou),大(da)多是軟件和(he)系統(tong)(tong)標定(ding)的(de)(de)問題。大(da)致(zhi)原因是系統(tong)(tong)檢測到電(dian)池溫度超過預設的(de)(de)安全值,或者(zhe)系統(tong)(tong)檢測到偶發故障(zhang)信號,自作主張的(de)(de)限制了車(che)輛的(de)(de)部分(fen)功能。
2、應對方案
和解決電(dian)(dian)腦(nao)死機(ji),手機(ji)卡頓的方法一樣,重啟就能解決大(da)部分問題。純電(dian)(dian)動(dong)汽車其實也可以看(kan)做一個大(da)個頭的電(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)產品,所有電(dian)(dian)子(zi)(zi)系統和主(zhu)機(ji)的供電(dian)(dian)都由發動(dong)機(ji)艙(cang)內的小電(dian)(dian)瓶負責。
此時只要用(yong)扳(ban)手擰下小電瓶(ping)的負(fu)極接線并保持(chi)斷開5分鐘左右,讓車(che)輛車(che)載系統處于徹(che)底斷電狀態,之后再將小電瓶(ping)負(fu)極線擰緊恢(hui)復。
此(ci)時車輛的系統經過斷(duan)電處理后(hou),可視為“重啟(qi)”,所有標定和檢測都恢復(fu)初始值(zhi),此(ci)時再(zai)啟(qi)動車輛,幾乎都可以順(shun)利(li)成(cheng)功。
可能原因:電動汽車電(dian)池箱或插件進(jin)水,電(dian)芯(xin)漏液,環境濕(shi)度大,絕緣誤(wu)報,整車其他(ta)高壓部件(控(kong)制器、壓縮(suo)機等)絕緣不過。
處理方法:正極對地,如果有電壓或絕緣阻值小于規定值,則判處負極電路漏電;負極(ji)對(dui)地,如果有電(dian)(dian)壓或絕緣阻值小(xiao)于規定值,則(ze)判處(chu)正(zheng)極(ji)電(dian)(dian)路(lu)漏電(dian)(dian)。根據其漏電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓大小(xiao)除以此(ci)時的單(dan)串電(dian)(dian)壓值就可以計算(suan)出漏電(dian)(dian)點位,然后根據不同情況分(fen)析處(chu)理(li)。
這是車(che)主常見的(de)“烏龜(gui)燈”亮了,故障現象是車(che)輛的(de)輸(shu)出功率(lv)受到限制(zhi),車(che)輛只能在40公里/小時的(de)限速下行駛(shi)。
1、故障原因
出現(xian)這(zhe)種(zhong)現(xian)象有(you)幾個原因(yin),其中除去(qu)動力(li)電(dian)池(chi)即將(jiang)耗盡,車(che)輛(liang)進入保護狀態這(zhe)個非故(gu)障原因(yin)之外,最(zui)重(zhong)要的就是系統檢測車(che)輛(liang)在電(dian)路系統有(you)故(gu)障,或動力(li)電(dian)池(chi)溫度(du)超過(guo)安全范圍,需(xu)要降(jiang)低功率以保證車(che)輛(liang)相關部件的安全。
2、應對方案
如果(guo)是因(yin)為動(dong)(dong)力(li)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)虧電(dian)(dian)出現烏龜(gui)燈,那(nei)么(me)只要盡快找地方充(chong)電(dian)(dian)就能解決;如果(guo)是電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)溫度過高(gao),建(jian)議(yi)找地方暫時停(ting)車熄火,等電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)恢(hui)復(fu)安(an)全溫度后再繼續(xu)行駛;如果(guo)急著(zhu)趕路(lu),車主又能自行確(que)認車輛沒(mei)有(you)其他故障,那(nei)么(me)可以臨時停(ting)車,斷掉發(fa)動(dong)(dong)機艙內小電(dian)(dian)瓶(ping)的(de)負極(ji),讓車輛重啟并“沖(chong)掉”之前的(de)故障警告記(ji)錄。
如果在重啟以及(ji)長(chang)時間冷卻都無法讓烏龜燈(deng)熄滅,而(er)且確認動力(li)電池(chi)電量(liang)充沛,那就還是趕緊聯系修車吧。
1、電池溫差過大
可能原因:散(san)熱風(feng)扇插頭松動,散(san)熱風(feng)扇故障。
故(gu)障排除:重(zhong)新拔插風扇(shan)插頭線;給風扇(shan)單(dan)獨供電,檢查風扇(shan)是否正常。
2、電池溫度過高或過低
可能原因:散熱(re)風扇插頭松動(dong),散熱(re)風扇故(gu)障,溫(wen)度探頭損壞。
故障(zhang)排(pai)除(chu):重新拔插風(feng)扇(shan)插頭線(xian);給風(feng)扇(shan)單獨供電,檢(jian)查(cha)風(feng)扇(shan)是(shi)否正(zheng)常(chang);檢(jian)查(cha)電池實(shi)際溫度是(shi)否過(guo)高或(huo)過(guo)低(di);測量(liang)溫度探頭內阻(zu)。
3、電動機產生大量火花,局部過熱、抖動
可能原因:
電動機進水造成短路把(ba)電動機燒壞(huai);
電動機超負載(zai)運行使換(huan)向(xiang)器短路燒(shao)壞,現象(xiang)是(shi)換(huan)向(xiang)器變黑。
可能原因:
電動機和后橋連接(jie)同心(xin)度達(da)不到(dao)標(biao)準;
電刷和(he)換向器接合不(bu)好,需校正調整(zheng);
電(dian)動機里(li)面(mian)轉子上的軸承壞(huai),需更換(huan)。
動(dong)力(li)電池(chi)故(gu)(gu)障(零部件自身故(gu)(gu)障除外(wai),如顯示、采集模(mo)塊(kuai)異(yi)常(chang),實際并未(wei)出現該故(gu)(gu)障)

當出(chu)(chu)現①類(lei)(lei)型故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)時(shi),確定單節電池(chi)在(zai)(zai)幾(ji)號(hao)電池(chi)箱內,拆箱更換該節電池(chi),此類(lei)(lei)故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)目(mu)前均由電池(chi)廠家售后(hou)人員(yuan)處理;當出(chu)(chu)現②類(lei)(lei)型故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)時(shi),需(xu)溫度(du)恢復至正(zheng)常(chang)范圍,方(fang)可使用;當出(chu)(chu)現③類(lei)(lei)型故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)時(shi),需(xu)使用絕(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)檢測表,使用1000V測試檔對所有高(gao)(gao)壓連(lian)接線(xian)進(jin)行(xing)絕(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)值測試,正(zheng)常(chang)絕(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)均在(zai)(zai)1GΩ以上,出(chu)(chu)現異常(chang)值則需(xu)確認是否(fou)為該線(xian)束絕(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)出(chu)(chu)現問題,或該線(xian)束連(lian)接的高(gao)(gao)壓用電器出(chu)(chu)現絕(jue)緣(yuan)(yuan)故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)。
電(dian)動(dong)(dong)汽車主要電(dian)氣(qi)設(she)(she)備有(you)(you)各種(zhong)燈具(ju)(前組(zu)(zu)(zu)合(he)(he)燈、測燈、倒(dao)車燈、后組(zu)(zu)(zu)合(he)(he)燈等(deng))、收音機、頂部風扇、真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)泵、刮水(shui)器(qi)(qi)(qi)、組(zu)(zu)(zu)合(he)(he)儀(yi)(yi)表、電(dian)動(dong)(dong)助力轉向(xiang)器(qi)(qi)(qi)、空(kong)(kong)調等(deng)。現場調試過(guo)程中(zhong),收音機、真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)泵、組(zu)(zu)(zu)合(he)(he)儀(yi)(yi)表和(he)刮水(shui)器(qi)(qi)(qi)經常出現不工作(zuo)故障。?電(dian)氣(qi)設(she)(she)備工作(zuo)不正(zheng)常主要是(shi)指工作(zuo)狀態與設(she)(she)計狀態不一致(zhi),如真(zhen)空(kong)(kong)泵不停地(di)抽(chou)氣(qi)、組(zu)(zu)(zu)合(he)(he)儀(yi)(yi)表顯示(shi)不正(zheng)常、收音機有(you)(you)很大(da)的干擾(rao)等(deng)。
電氣設備不工作的故障分析與處理
電氣(qi)設(she)備(bei)工作(zuo)需要符合(he)一(yi)定(ding)的條(tiao)件,普遍的條(tiao)件是需要有(you)(you)(you)(you)電源(yuan)供給(gei)、搭鐵。電氣(qi)設(she)備(bei)不工作(zuo)多是因(yin)為沒有(you)(you)(you)(you)電源(yuan)供給(gei),首先使(shi)用萬用表確(que)定(ding)有(you)(you)(you)(you)無電源(yuan)供給(gei),確(que)認線束插接口有(you)(you)(you)(you)無松動(dong)情況出(chu)現,再確(que)認搭鐵是否正常。如(ru)果均無上(shang)述情況,則有(you)(you)(you)(you)可(ke)(ke)能是此電氣(qi)設(she)備(bei)自身問題,可(ke)(ke)以(yi)換一(yi)個同款設(she)備(bei)接上(shang)嘗試(shi)。這類(lei)故(gu)障一(yi)般(ban)是線束環(huan)節導(dao)致(zhi)電源(yuan)供給(gei)中斷(duan),可(ke)(ke)以(yi)根據(ju)電氣(qi)原理圖往前(qian)推確(que)定(ding)故(gu)障點。
1、保險絲(si)壞,用萬用表(biao)測量(liang)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)端電(dian)壓如有電(dian)壓輸出(chu)則正(zheng)常,如無電(dian)壓輸出(chu)則保險絲(si)壞或(huo)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)接(jie)插頭掉(diao)或(huo)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)壞。
2、接(jie)線插(cha)頭松(song)動,檢(jian)查電源開(kai)關接(jie)插(cha)件。
3、電(dian)源(yuan)開關壞,用萬用表測(ce)量電(dian)源(yuan)開關輸入、輸出線兩端電(dian)壓(ya),如(ru)有正常電(dian)壓(ya)輸出則電(dian)源(yuan)開關正
常,如(ru)無(wu)電壓輸出。則電源開關(guan)壞〔電池有電壓輸出情況下〕則予以維修或更換(huan)。
1、充電(dian)機(ji)保(bao)險絲燒壞,此時充電(dian)機(ji)各指示燈均(jun)不亮,須更換保(bao)險絲。
2、電池組線(xian)掉,則把電池連接(jie)線(xian)接(jie)好。
3、充電機插(cha)頭和電池(chi)插(cha)座接(jie)插(cha)不到位,應重新接(jie)插(cha)。
4、充電(dian)(dian)機(ji)壞(huai),此時充電(dian)(dian)機(ji)保(bao)險(xian)絲正常(chang),用(yong)萬用(yong)表測充電(dian)(dian)機(ji)輸出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)應(ying)為零。這種(zhong)情況下,先斷開(kai)電(dian)(dian)源、停止使(shi)用(yong)充電(dian)(dian)機(ji),過十幾分種(zhong)后重(zhong)新使(shi)用(yong)充電(dian)(dian)機(ji)。
1、保險絲燒掉,更換。
2、電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)開(kai)關(guan)壞,更換電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)開(kai)關(guan)。判斷方法:打開(kai)電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)開(kai)關(guan),用(yong)(yong)萬用(yong)(yong)表(biao)歐姆(mu)檔測量(liang)一下電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)開(kai)關(guan)的(de)輸入端(duan)與輸出端(duan)之間的(de)電(dian)阻(zu),如(ru)電(dian)阻(zu)值(zhi)(zhi)為零則正常,如(ru)電(dian)阻(zu)值(zhi)(zhi)無窮大,則電(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)開(kai)關(guan)壞。
3、加速器(qi)壞,用(yong)(yong)萬用(yong)(yong)表直流(liu)電(dian)壓(ya)檔(dang)測量(liang)一(yi)下加速器(qi)輸(shu)出(chu)端(duan)電(dian)壓(ya),如(ru)有電(dian)壓(ya)輸(shu)出(chu)則(ze)(ze)正常,如(ru)無電(dian)壓(ya)輸(shu)出(chu)則(ze)(ze)不正常,入伍電(dian)壓(ya)輸(shu)出(chu)則(ze)(ze)加速器(qi)壞,須更換。
4、控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)器壞,須更換(huan)電(dian)控(kong)(kong)。用(yong)萬用(yong)表(biao)測量電(dian)控(kong)(kong)輸出端電(dian)壓,有輸出電(dian)壓則好,否則則壞。
5、電(dian)動機燒壞,更換電(dian)動機。
6、電動機(ji)各連(lian)接線(xian)線(xian)頭松動,把電動機(ji)各連(lian)接線(xian)頭重新(xin)檢查一遍。
