砧板有哪些材質

砧板第一次用怎么處理

砧板發霉怎么處理
菜(cai)板(ban)發霉可以用(yong)不(bu)銹鋼(gang)清潔絲或(huo)者是(shi)砂紙用(yong)力摩(mo)擦(ca)有霉點(dian)的地(di)方,再(zai)(zai)用(yong)水(shui)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi)和開水(shui)燙,這(zhe)種方法不(bu)能徹底清除霉點(dian)。還可以將(jiang)菜(cai)板(ban)浸入(ru)淘米水(shui)中(zhong),再(zai)(zai)加鹽或(huo)者是(shi)堿(jian)擦(ca)洗(xi)(xi),洗(xi)(xi)凈后倒一點(dian)兒醋(cu),放在太(tai)陽下曬干,再(zai)(zai)用(yong)清水(shui)沖(chong)(chong)洗(xi)(xi),菜(cai)板(ban)要經(jing)常維護,經(jing)常使用(yong)開水(shui)燙或(huo)者再(zai)(zai)太(tai)陽下殺殺菌,但是(shi)不(bu)能暴曬,以免菜(cai)板(ban)開裂。保持每(mei)周往菜(cai)板(ban)上(shang)撒一次鹽,還可以將(jiang)白醋(cu)灑在菜(cai)板(ban)上(shang),放半小時后再(zai)(zai)洗(xi)(xi),如果菜(cai)板(ban)發霉嚴重,可以用(yong)刨(bao)子刨(bao)下發霉的這(zhe)一層,或(huo)者更換菜(cai)板(ban)。
砧板如何消毒
準備一(yi)(yi)個(ge)碗,在碗里倒(dao)入200ml左(zuo)右的水,接(jie)著倒(dao)入兩大(da)勺白(bai)醋(cu),攪拌(ban)均勻。 拿出一(yi)(yi)卷廚(chu)房(fang)用(yong)(yong)(yong)紙(zhi),在菜板上(shang)(shang)墊(dian)上(shang)(shang)廚(chu)房(fang)用(yong)(yong)(yong)紙(zhi),接(jie)著在廚(chu)房(fang)用(yong)(yong)(yong)紙(zhi)上(shang)(shang)均勻撒上(shang)(shang)混(hun)合液,敷(fu)15分鐘左(zuo)右。 之(zhi)后取(qu)下廚(chu)房(fang)用(yong)(yong)(yong)紙(zhi),撒上(shang)(shang)鹽,用(yong)(yong)(yong)軟刷刷洗一(yi)(yi)遍,刷好后用(yong)(yong)(yong)清水沖(chong)洗干凈,建(jian)議菜板一(yi)(yi)個(ge)星期(qi)清洗一(yi)(yi)次。
