芡實和蓮子之間(jian)有什么(me)異同?
蓮(lian)(lian)子(zi):是睡蓮(lian)(lian)科多年生水生植物(wu)蓮(lian)(lian)的(de)成熟(shu)種(zhong)子(zi),主產于湖(hu)南、福建、江蘇等地,以秋(qiu)季(ji)采收的(de)種(zhong)子(zi)入藥,生用。芡實(shi)為睡蓮(lian)(lian)科一年生水生草本植物(wu)芡的(de)成熟(shu)種(zhong)仁,主產于山東、安徽、江蘇等地,以秋(qiu)末冬初采收的(de)種(zhong)仁入藥,生用或炒用。
芡實:一(yi)年生大型水生草本(ben)。沉水葉(xie)箭(jian)形(xing)(xing)或橢圓腎(shen)形(xing)(xing),兩(liang)面(mian)(mian)無(wu)(wu)刺;葉(xie)柄無(wu)(wu)刺;浮水葉(xie)革質(zhi),橢圓腎(shen)形(xing)(xing)至(zhi)圓形(xing)(xing),盾狀(zhuang),有或無(wu)(wu)彎缺,全緣,下面(mian)(mian)帶紫色,有短柔(rou)毛,兩(liang)面(mian)(mian)在(zai)葉(xie)脈分枝(zhi)處有銳刺;葉(xie)柄及花梗粗壯,花長約5厘(li)米(mi)(mi);萼片(pian)披(pi)針(zhen)形(xing)(xing),內面(mian)(mian)紫色,外面(mian)(mian)密生稍彎硬刺;花瓣矩圓披(pi)針(zhen)形(xing)(xing)或披(pi)針(zhen)形(xing)(xing),紫紅色,成(cheng)數輪排列(lie),向(xiang)內漸變成(cheng)雄蕊;無(wu)(wu)花柱(zhu),柱(zhu)頭(tou)紅色,成(cheng)凹(ao)入的柱(zhu)頭(tou)盤。漿果球(qiu)(qiu)形(xing)(xing),直徑(jing)3-5厘(li)米(mi)(mi),污紫紅色,外面(mian)(mian)密生硬刺;種子球(qiu)(qiu)形(xing)(xing),直徑(jing)10余毫米(mi)(mi),黑色。花期(qi)7-8月,果期(qi)8-9月。
相同點:二者味(wei)甘(gan)澀而(er)性平,均歸脾(pi)(pi)(pi)腎經,其甘(gan)可(ke)補脾(pi)(pi)(pi),澀可(ke)固腎,能止(zhi)瀉、止(zhi)帶、固精。可(ke)治脾(pi)(pi)(pi)虛久瀉、脾(pi)(pi)(pi)腎虧(kui)虛之帶下(xia)病、腎虛尿(niao)頻、滑精、遺精及小(xiao)便不禁等證(zheng)。二者還常配(pei)伍為用(yong)(yong)以增強療(liao)效。二者均富含營養(yang)成分,可(ke)作(zuo)食品服(fu)用(yong)(yong)。
不(bu)(bu)(bu)同點:蓮(lian)子(zi)的(de)補(bu)脾(pi)(pi)之(zhi)力較芡(qian)實強,素有“脾(pi)(pi)果”之(zhi)稱。可(ke)兼入心(xin)(xin)經,能補(bu)益心(xin)(xin)氣安神,可(ke)治心(xin)(xin)虛(xu)不(bu)(bu)(bu)寐(mei)之(zhi)證(zheng),但其性平和。芡(qian)實的(de)除濕之(zhi)力強于蓮(lian)子(zi),斂而不(bu)(bu)(bu)燥不(bu)(bu)(bu)膩不(bu)(bu)(bu)留邪,治療脾(pi)(pi)腎氣虛(xu),不(bu)(bu)(bu)能制(zhi)水、泛濫橫溢所致(zhi)水腫者常用,但作用平和。生芡(qian)實以(yi)補(bu)腎澀精為主(zhu),而炒芡(qian)實以(yi)健脾(pi)(pi)開胃為主(zhu),亦(yi)有將(jiang)芡(qian)實炒焦(jiao)使用的(de),主(zhu)要以(yi)補(bu)脾(pi)(pi)止瀉(xie)為主(zhu)。
