防震錘原理
架空(kong)電力(li)線(xian)(xian)路(lu)受風(feng)、冰、低溫等(deng)(deng)氣象條(tiao)件(jian)的(de)(de)作用,使線(xian)(xian)路(lu)產生振(zhen)動(dong)和動(dong)舞(wu)(wu)(wu)。振(zhen)動(dong)頻率較高而振(zhen)幅很(hen)小,風(feng)振(zhen)動(dong)使架空(kong)線(xian)(xian)在懸點處反復被拗(ao)折,引起材料疲勞,最(zui)后導致斷股、斷線(xian)(xian)事(shi)故。舞(wu)(wu)(wu)動(dong)的(de)(de)頻率很(hen)低,而振(zhen)幅卻很(hen)大,很(hen)容易引起相間閃(shan)絡,造(zao)成線(xian)(xian)路(lu)跳閘、停(ting)電或燒傷導線(xian)(xian)等(deng)(deng)嚴重(zhong)事(shi)故。防震錘只是一段鐵棒。由于它加(jia)掛(gua)在線(xian)(xian)路(lu)塔桿懸點處,以吸收或減弱振(zhen)動(dong)能量,改變線(xian)(xian)路(lu)搖(yao)擺(bai)頻率,防止線(xian)(xian)路(lu)的(de)(de)振(zhen)動(dong)或舞(wu)(wu)(wu)動(dong)。
防震錘作用
高壓(ya)架空線(xian)(xian)路(lu)的(de)檔距較大(da),桿塔也較高,當導(dao)線(xian)(xian)受(shou)到大(da)風吹動(dong)(dong)(dong)時,會(hui)發生較強(qiang)烈(lie)的(de)震動(dong)(dong)(dong)。導(dao)線(xian)(xian)震動(dong)(dong)(dong)時,導(dao)線(xian)(xian)懸掛(gua)處(chu)的(de)工作條件最為不利。長時間和周期性的(de)震動(dong)(dong)(dong),將造(zao)成導(dao)線(xian)(xian)疲勞損壞(huai),使導(dao)線(xian)(xian)發生斷股、斷線(xian)(xian)。有時強(qiang)烈(lie)的(de)震動(dong)(dong)(dong)還會(hui)破壞(huai)金具(ju)和絕(jue)緣(yuan)子(zi)。
為(wei)了(le)防止和減(jian)輕導(dao)線(xian)的(de)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong),一般在懸掛導(dao)線(xian)線(xian)夾的(de)附近安(an)裝一定數量(liang)的(de)防震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)錘(chui)。當導(dao)線(xian)發生(sheng)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong)時,防震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)錘(chui)也上下運動(dong)(dong)。產生(sheng)一個與導(dao)線(xian)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong)不同步(bu)甚(shen)至(zhi)相反的(de)作(zuo)用力,可(ke)減(jian)少導(dao)線(xian)的(de)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)幅,甚(shen)至(zhi)能消除導(dao)線(xian)的(de)震(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)(zhen)動(dong)(dong)。
