2、跟肉類產品燉著吃,此法為傳統(tong)蟲(chong)草宴(yan)吃(chi)法,結合不(bu)同的(de)(de)肉類品種,功(gong)效有一定(ding)的(de)(de)差別(bie),此法缺點是不(bu)適合每(mei)日堅持(chi)長期食用。
3、使用研磨機將冬蟲夏草磨成粉,然(ran)后每日定(ding)時用(yong)開水沖泡服用(yong)。此(ci)法在衛生(sheng)方(fang)面較(jiao)為(wei)有隱患(huan),若不(bu)是每日定(ding)期服用(yong),不(bu)推薦使(shi)用(yong)。
4、泡酒,將冬(dong)蟲(chong)夏(xia)草(cao)洗干凈之(zhi)后,放在度數較高的(de)白酒中泡成藥酒。一般情況(kuang)下(xia),10克冬(dong)蟲(chong)夏(xia)草(cao)可以泡500克白酒,泡到(dao)20天(tian)左右就(jiu)能夠食(shi)用了,當然泡的(de)時間越長效果(guo)越好。藥酒做(zuo)成后,每天(tian)飲(yin)用一小杯就(jiu)行。
5、直接吃,常溫生服是冬蟲夏草品牌產品最具藥用價值的食用方(fang)式。高溫加熱、燉煮、泡開水時,都(dou)會(hui)使冬(dong)蟲夏草(cao)中很(hen)多重要成(cheng)分流(liu)失,但是這(zhe)種方(fang)式吃起(qi)來極不方(fang)便,難以(yi)堅(jian)持,因此很(hen)少(shao)人會(hui)這(zhe)樣吃。
