一、低筋面粉能做哪些美食

四、低筋面粉可以用什么代替

五、低筋面粉在超市叫什么
低筋面粉在大型的超市都可以買到,特別是連鎖品牌的大超市基本都有售,一般低筋面粉在超市的副食品區可以買到,不過名字不一定叫低筋面粉,因為低筋面粉有很多別名,比如低筋小麥粉、蛋糕粉等,一般在超市看到蛋糕粉、低粉、糕點粉就可以購買,它們就是低筋面粉;另外,低筋面粉還有一個別名叫薄力粉,是日本對于低筋面粉的稱呼,因為低筋面粉比較適用于制作蛋糕、餅干、蛋撻等沒有韌性的西式糕點。有的小超市可能沒有低筋面粉,因為低筋粉不像普通面粉那么適用,超市買不到的話可以考慮網購,注意選擇一個好的低筋面粉品牌就好了。
