松(song)(song)(song)花糖(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)是(shi)(shi)廣西桂林(lin)人過年時常備的(de)傳統糖(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)果,松(song)(song)(song)子(zi)糖(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)名稱的(de)由來,一說(shuo)是(shi)(shi)由于(yu)(yu)松(song)(song)(song)子(zi)糖(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)粒粒金黃色如松(song)(song)(song)花;二(er)說(shuo)源自于(yu)(yu)松(song)(song)(song)子(zi)糖(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)“酥(su)脆(cui)清甜,入口即化”,是(shi)(shi)“酥(su)化糖(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)”的(de)訛誤,所以松(song)(song)(song)子(zi)糖(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)也叫松(song)(song)(song)花糖(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)。廣西松(song)(song)(song)花糖(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)的(de)色澤金黃、香脆(cui)可口的(de)松(song)(song)(song)花糖(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)承(cheng)載了(le)老桂林(lin)最充(chong)滿年味兒的(de)記憶符號。在(zai)桂林(lin)市兩江鎮,有一家(jia)手工松(song)(song)(song)花糖(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)(tang)鋪子(zi),40年如一日的(de)堅守與(yu)傳承(cheng),只(zhi)為留住(zhu)大(da)家(jia)兒時記憶中的(de)年味。
用料:
糯米粉500g、紅糖或(huo)白砂糖250g、水(shui)、食用油、黑芝麻適量。
做法:
1、糯(nuo)米粉加(jia)水揉成面團(100g糯(nuo)米粉加(jia)70-80ml水)切成黃豆大小放進油鍋里炸,糯(nuo)米球浮起(qi)來之后就能撈起(qi)來。
2、炸(zha)好(hao)之后就是這樣(yang),然后紅糖(tang)加水熬成(cheng)糖(tang)漿,熬至粘(zhan)稠之后將炸(zha)好(hao)的糯米球放(fang)進(jin)去(qu)翻炒。
3、最后加(jia)適(shi)量黑(hei)芝麻拌勻(yun)裝入(ru)長方形(xing)盒子里。
4、冷(leng)卻之后切成塊狀,口感香酥(su)清(qing)甜。
