董河(he)碧珍茶屬直條(tiao)形(xing)(xing)綠茶,以一(yi)芽(ya)(ya)一(yi)葉(xie)或一(yi)芽(ya)(ya)二葉(xie)初展的鮮葉(xie)為原料,以特殊(shu)工藝加工制成。外形(xing)(xing)條(tiao)索緊細,白毫顯露,均(jun)勻一(yi)致;葉(xie)底完整(zheng)綠亮,顯芽(ya)(ya)均(jun)勻;湯色(se)嫩(nen)綠明(ming)亮,持(chi)久(jiu)清香,爽口回甘(gan),滋味綿長。
董河(he)碧珍茶產(chan)于湖北(bei)(bei)(bei)省(sheng)浠(xi)水(shui)縣散(san)花鎮,生產(chan)地(di)域范圍為散(san)花鎮所轄的董河(he)村(cun)、天然(ran)寺村(cun)、天然(ran)寺林(lin)場、新廟村(cun)、沙(sha)洋湖村(cun)、月(yue)畈村(cun)、先(xian)豐村(cun)等七(qi)個行政村(cun)(場)。產(chan)區地(di)理坐標:北(bei)(bei)(bei)緯30o16′30〞-30o19′05〞,東經115o13′25〞-115o15′46〞。東、東北(bei)(bei)(bei)與(yu)湖北(bei)(bei)(bei)省(sheng)黃岡市蘄(qi)春縣接壤(rang),北(bei)(bei)(bei)、西(xi)北(bei)(bei)(bei)與(yu)蘭溪鎮毗連,南(nan)鄰浠(xi)水(shui)境內(nei)最大淡水(shui)湖-策(ce)湖,西(xi)與(yu)長江相望。范圍內(nei)東西(xi)橫距12公里,南(nan)北(bei)(bei)(bei)縱(zong)距10公里,國土面積40.3平方(fang)千(qian)米(mi),其(qi)中耕地(di)總資(zi)源面積560公頃,常用耕地(di)面積530公頃,范圍內(nei)茶葉種植(zhi)面積200公頃,年(nian)產(chan)董河(he)碧珍茶150噸。
(1)感官(guan)特征 董河碧珍茶(cha)(cha)屬直條形(xing)綠(lv)(lv)茶(cha)(cha),以一芽(ya)一葉(xie)或(huo)一芽(ya)二(er)葉(xie)初展的鮮葉(xie)為原料,以特殊工(gong)藝(yi)加工(gong)制(zhi)成(cheng)。外(wai)形(xing)條索緊細(xi),白毫(hao)顯露,均勻一致;葉(xie)底完(wan)整(zheng)綠(lv)(lv)亮,顯芽(ya)均勻;湯色嫩綠(lv)(lv)明亮,持久(jiu)清香,爽口回甘,滋(zi)味綿長(chang)。
(2)內(nei)在(zai)品質 董河碧(bi)珍茶(cha)內(nei)在(zai)品質特(te)征突出,水浸出物≥40%,茶(cha)多酚(fen)≥16%,游(you)離氨基酸(suan)≥2.8%。

董(dong)河碧(bi)珍(zhen)茶(cha)(cha)生(sheng)產(chan)地(di)(di)(di)(di)域地(di)(di)(di)(di)形地(di)(di)(di)(di)貌為山(shan)地(di)(di)(di)(di)、丘陵(ling)崗(gang)地(di)(di)(di)(di)、河谷沖擊(ji)(ji)平(ping)地(di)(di)(di)(di)兼而有(you)之,東(dong)北部山(shan)地(di)(di)(di)(di)占產(chan)地(di)(di)(di)(di)總(zong)面積(ji)的38.5%,中部丘陵(ling)崗(gang)地(di)(di)(di)(di)占產(chan)地(di)(di)(di)(di)總(zong)面積(ji)的41.2%,西南(nan)部區河谷沖擊(ji)(ji)平(ping)地(di)(di)(di)(di)占產(chan)地(di)(di)(di)(di)總(zong)面積(ji)的20.3%。董(dong)河碧(bi)珍(zhen)茶(cha)(cha)種植區域在(zai)海拔600米以(yi)下,產(chan)地(di)(di)(di)(di)分(fen)布(bu)在(zai)大(da)別山(shan)余(yu)脈蔣(jiang)家(jia)山(shan)南(nan)坡的青獅山(shan)周圍,區域內山(shan)亙(gen)連綿,云(yun)霧繚繞,溪(xi)流縱(zong)橫交(jiao)(jiao)錯,茶(cha)(cha)園錯落其間,三面環水(shui),西南(nan)瀕臨(lin)長江和策湖,南(nan)北兩端有(you)天(tian)然水(shui)庫(ku)、黃(huang)梅(mei)坳(ao)水(shui)庫(ku),產(chan)地(di)(di)(di)(di)遠離(li)城鎮(zhen)、村(cun)民生(sheng)活(huo)區、工(gong)業區及交(jiao)(jiao)通要道(dao),隔離(li)條件好,自然生(sheng)態環境獨特(te),無污染。
(2)土(tu)壤情況
董河碧珍茶生(sheng)產地(di)域(yu)土(tu)(tu)壤(rang)(rang)質地(di)較好(hao),砂粘合(he)理,酸(suan)堿度(du)適中。區域(yu)內黃棕壤(rang)(rang)土(tu)(tu)質占耕地(di)面(mian)積的93.2%,pH值(zhi)在5.5-6.5之間的土(tu)(tu)壤(rang)(rang)占耕地(di)面(mian)積的98.5%,無(wu)過(guo)(guo)酸(suan)過(guo)(guo)堿土(tu)(tu)壤(rang)(rang)。耕地(di)土(tu)(tu)層深厚肥沃,保(bao)墑性(xing)、通氣和排(pai)水性(xing)良好(hao),有機質含(han)量(liang)(liang)較為豐(feng)富,有機質含(han)量(liang)(liang)22.8g/kg以(yi)上(shang)的地(di)塊(全(quan)縣(xian)平(ping)均(jun)水平(ping)21.0g/kg)占產區面(mian)積的85%,土(tu)(tu)壤(rang)(rang)中堿解氮大于(yu)(yu) 95 mg/kg、速效(xiao)磷(lin)大于(yu)(yu) 10.6 mg/kg、速效(xiao)鉀大于(yu)(yu) 62 mg/kg,土(tu)(tu)壤(rang)(rang)中礦物(wu)營養(yang)元(yuan)素豐(feng)富,特別是(shi)錳含(han)量(liang)(liang)達(da)30mg/kg以(yi)上(shang)(全(quan)縣(xian)平(ping)均(jun)水平(ping)≤20mg/kg),鋅含(han)量(liang)(liang)1.1mg/kg以(yi)上(shang)(全(quan)縣(xian)平(ping)均(jun)水平(ping)≤0.5mg/kg)。

董河(he)碧珍(zhen)茶(cha)產(chan)區(qu)(qu)內(nei)共有一條河(he)流,兩座水(shui)庫(ku),即董河(he)、天然(ran)水(shui)庫(ku)、黃(huang)梅坳(ao)水(shui)庫(ku),董河(he)在地域內(nei)總長8.2千米,總流域面積95公(gong)頃,常(chang)年平均徑(jing)流量8600M3,豐水(shui)年達10400M3,天然(ran)水(shui)庫(ku)、黃(huang)梅坳(ao)水(shui)庫(ku)庫(ku)容分別為(wei)9500M3、7800M3,產(chan)區(qu)(qu)毗鄰(lin)長江,有浠(xi)水(shui)第一大淡水(shui)湖-策湖月(yue)牙(ya)型環抱,茶(cha)園三面環水(shui),有豐富(fu)的水(shui)資源(yuan),加上多年興建(jian)的塘堰(yan)、排灌系統、茶(cha)園滴灌系統,地域內(nei)茶(cha)園灌溉水(shui)基本能(neng)得到保(bao)證。
(4)氣(qi)候(hou)情況
董(dong)河(he)碧珍茶(cha)(cha)產(chan)(chan)地(di)氣(qi)候(hou)屬亞熱(re)帶大陸(lu)性(xing)季風氣(qi)候(hou),氣(qi)候(hou)溫(wen)和、雨量(liang)充(chong)沛(pei)、光(guang)照充(chong)足、熱(re)量(liang)比較(jiao)豐富(fu),光(guang)、熱(re)、水基本同期(qi)。產(chan)(chan)區年均(jun)(jun)氣(qi)溫(wen)17.6℃,年平均(jun)(jun)降雨量(liang)1550毫米左(zuo)右,年平均(jun)(jun)日照時數在1900-2000小(xiao)時之間,無霜期(qi)258天以(yi)上,高于(yu)、等于(yu)15℃初(chu)日至高于(yu)、等于(yu)20℃終日80%保(bao)證率的(de)日數140-146天,高于(yu)、等于(yu)10℃積(ji)溫(wen)5100-5390℃,產(chan)(chan)區山峰層巒(luan)疊嶂,受東南季風影響和策湖、長江以(yi)及茶(cha)(cha)園(yuan)(yuan)南北兩端水庫的(de)龐大的(de)水體效應,產(chan)(chan)區冬(dong)季氣(qi)溫(wen)高于(yu)縣域其他地(di)方(fang)茶(cha)(cha)園(yuan)(yuan)。該區雨量(liang)充(chong)沛(pei),云繞(rao)霧障,云霧、山崗形(xing)成了茶(cha)(cha)園(yuan)(yuan)的(de)漫(man)射(she)光(guang),營(ying)造出了獨(du)特(te)的(de)小(xiao)氣(qi)候(hou),使董(dong)河(he)碧珍茶(cha)(cha)具(ju)獨(du)特(te)的(de)風味品質(zhi)(zhi),加之水體對氣(qi)溫(wen)的(de)調節(jie)效應,冬(dong)季晝夜溫(wen)差小(xiao),茶(cha)(cha)葉可免遭(zao)凍害(hai),均(jun)(jun)衡(heng)生(sheng)長,充(chong)分積(ji)累營(ying)養,形(xing)成脆嫩品質(zhi)(zhi)。
(1)產地要求
董河碧珍茶產地海拔(ba)高度在(zai)600米(mi)以(yi)下(xia)的(de)南向坡(po)地,土(tu)層深厚(hou)、土(tu)質(zhi)(zhi)疏松,土(tu)壤呈微(wei)酸性(xing)最為(wei)(wei)適宜(yi),水源(yuan)方便(bian)、充足,地下(xia)水位在(zai)1米(mi)以(yi)下(xia)。要(yao)保證旱能(neng)抗,澇(lao)能(neng)排(pai)。選擇地勢比較平緩,環境開(kai)闊通風,相對(dui)集中連片的(de)地塊,以(yi)潮濕(shi)、肥沃的(de)黃(huang)壤土(tu)為(wei)(wei)宜(yi),土(tu)壤有(you)機質(zhi)(zhi)含量要(yao)求在(zai)22g/kg以(yi)上;對(dui)滲漏(lou)較重,持水率差的(de)粘質(zhi)(zhi)土(tu)須進(jin)行改(gai)良,改(gai)善土(tu)壤結構(gou),提(ti)高土(tu)壤通氣(qi)、透水能(neng)力(li)。
(2)品(pin)種選擇
董河碧珍茶(cha)應(ying)選(xuan)(xuan)擇適合本地生態環境、抗寒耐旱(han)性(xing)(xing)強(qiang)、產量高(gao)、品質好的品種(zhong)(zhong),以鄂茶(cha)系(xi)、本地極早發種(zhong)(zhong)為主,選(xuan)(xuan)定的良(liang)種(zhong)(zhong)經無(wu)性(xing)(xing)繁殖(zhi)擴大種(zhong)(zhong)苗規模;建設茶(cha)園所用品種(zhong)(zhong)應(ying)符合DB42/111-2002茶(cha)樹無(wu)性(xing)(xing)系(xi)良(liang)種(zhong)(zhong)苗木(mu)的要求(qiu)。
(3)生(sheng)產過(guo)程控制(zhi)
為了保證董(dong)河碧珍茶的品(pin)質特色,尤其(qi)要(yao)注意(yi)以(yi)下(xia)環(huan)節:
①、整地(di)種植
采用(yong)(yong)雙(shuang)(shuang)行(xing)(xing)雙(shuang)(shuang)株(zhu)條植(zhi)的種(zhong)植(zhi)模式,即(ji)大行(xing)(xing)寬1.5米(mi),小(xiao)行(xing)(xing)寬0.3米(mi),叢(cong)(窩(wo))距0.4米(mi),每叢(cong)(窩(wo))2株(zhu),(茶(cha)苗(miao)(miao)(miao)中(zhong)間(jian)(jian)間(jian)(jian)隔4厘米(mi)),畝(mu)用(yong)(yong)茶(cha)苗(miao)(miao)(miao)3500~4000株(zhu)。建(jian)園時(shi)(shi)依照規劃劃線,在(zai)小(xiao)行(xing)(xing)線內(nei)抽槽(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao),要求槽(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)寬0.6米(mi),槽(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)深(shen)0.5米(mi)。抽槽(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)時(shi)(shi)將表(biao)(biao)土與底土分開(kai)放在(zai)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)的兩(liang)(liang)邊,便于(yu)回(hui)填(tian)(tian)時(shi)(shi)表(biao)(biao)土填(tian)(tian)底。在(zai)茶(cha)苗(miao)(miao)(miao)定(ding)(ding)(ding)植(zhi)前3個月(yue)施底肥(fei)(fei)(fei),每畝(mu)施入(ru)餅肥(fei)(fei)(fei)200公(gong)(gong)斤(jin)、過磷酸(suan)鈣(gai)30公(gong)(gong)斤(jin)、硫酸(suan)鉀20公(gong)(gong)斤(jin),或農家(jia)肥(fei)(fei)(fei)500公(gong)(gong)斤(jin)、餅肥(fei)(fei)(fei)200公(gong)(gong)斤(jin)、過磷酸(suan)鈣(gai)50公(gong)(gong)斤(jin),分層施肥(fei)(fei)(fei),分層回(hui)填(tian)(tian)掩埋肥(fei)(fei)(fei)料。春栽(zai)(zai)在(zai)秋天準備,讓(rang)土壤(rang)“凍(dong)垡”,秋栽(zai)(zai)在(zai)夏季準備,讓(rang)土壤(rang)“烤伏”。回(hui)填(tian)(tian)時(shi)(shi)表(biao)(biao)土填(tian)(tian)底,回(hui)填(tian)(tian)完后(hou)槽(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)面(mian)形(xing)成龔(gong)(gong)廂,龔(gong)(gong)高5-8厘米(mi),同時(shi)(shi)修暢(chang)茶(cha)園的溝(gou)渠,做到小(xiao)雨能(neng)蓄,大雨能(neng)排。穴盤(pan)茶(cha)苗(miao)(miao)(miao)的最(zui)適宜移(yi)栽(zai)(zai)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)是3月(yue)底至(zhi)(zhi)4月(yue)中(zhong)旬(xun)(xun),次適宜移(yi)栽(zai)(zai)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)是9月(yue)下旬(xun)(xun)至(zhi)(zhi)10月(yue)中(zhong)旬(xun)(xun)。栽(zai)(zai)植(zhi)時(shi)(shi),以抽槽(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)(cao)回(hui)填(tian)(tian)后(hou)的龔(gong)(gong)廂中(zhong)心線為(wei)(wei)基線,在(zai)其(qi)兩(liang)(liang)邊15厘米(mi)處用(yong)(yong)鋤(chu)頭(tou)掏(tao)兩(liang)(liang)條小(xiao)定(ding)(ding)(ding)植(zhi)溝(gou)(雙(shuang)(shuang)行(xing)(xing)定(ding)(ding)(ding)植(zhi)),小(xiao)溝(gou)深(shen)5厘米(mi),寬以1鋤(chu)頭(tou)寬為(wei)(wei)宜,盡量做到即(ji)時(shi)(shi)開(kai)溝(gou)即(ji)時(shi)(shi)栽(zai)(zai)苗(miao)(miao)(miao),每窩(wo)兩(liang)(liang)棵茶(cha)苗(miao)(miao)(miao),定(ding)(ding)(ding)植(zhi)時(shi)(shi)每窩(wo)茶(cha)苗(miao)(miao)(miao)的苗(miao)(miao)(miao)與苗(miao)(miao)(miao)之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)應(ying)保(bao)持4厘米(mi)的距離,防止互相(xiang)緊靠在(zai)一起影(ying)響其(qi)生長,每窩(wo)茶(cha)苗(miao)(miao)(miao)之(zhi)間(jian)(jian)的距離為(wei)(wei)40厘米(mi),栽(zai)(zai)在(zai)兩(liang)(liang)條定(ding)(ding)(ding)植(zhi)溝(gou)的茶(cha)苗(miao)(miao)(miao)要互呈三角(jiao)形(xing)錯開(kai),這樣有利于(yu)茶(cha)苗(miao)(miao)(miao)的地上部分和地下部分充(chong)分利用(yong)(yong)空間(jian)(jian),早(zao)日(ri)形(xing)成豐產(chan)茶(cha)園。
②、幼齡茶(cha)園管理
幼齡茶園是指(zhi)樹(shu)齡在(zai)四齡以(yi)前的新(xin)建茶園,管理(li)的重點是抗旱保苗、間苗補苗、合理(li)施肥、定型修剪、病蟲防(fang)治。
2.1 抗旱防(fang)凍(dong)保苗
茶(cha)苗移栽后,要(yao)保持茶(cha)園土(tu)壤濕潤(run)。一周內(nei)無(wu)雨,要(yao)及(ji)時澆(jiao)水抗旱保苗。最好在茶(cha)苗兩(liang)旁各30cm蓋(gai)草10cm厚,上壓碎土(tu),既保水分又防(fang)凍(dong),還(huan)可(ke)防(fang)止雜草生長。
2.2 補苗
新建茶園,一(yi)般均有不同(tong)程度的缺株,必須抓(zhua)緊時間(jian)在建園1-2年(nian)內將缺苗補(bu)齊(qi),最好采用同(tong)齡茶苗補(bu)苗,補(bu)植(zhi)后要(yao)澆透水。
2.3 淺耕除草、施(shi)肥
茶苗移栽(zai)后在4月底前(qian),進(jin)行(xing)第一次(ci)除(chu)草(cao)(cao),用(yong)手拔除(chu)茶苗附近(jin)雜草(cao)(cao);6月底至8月上旬干旱前(qian),進(jin)行(xing)第二(er)次(ci)和第三次(ci)淺耕(geng)除(chu)草(cao)(cao),淺耕(geng)后淋施有機(ji)水(shui)肥(fei)。
2.4 定型修剪
2.4.1 第一(yi)次(ci)定(ding)型修(xiu)剪(jian) 當移栽茶(cha)苗(miao)高(gao)(gao)達(da)30cm以上,莖粗3mm以上時,在離地(di)面15-20cm處(chu)留(liu)1-2個較強分(fen)枝(zhi),剪(jian)去(qu)頂端(duan)新梢。凡不符合(he)第一(yi)次(ci)定(ding)型修(xiu)剪(jian)標準(zhun)(zhun)的茶(cha)苗(miao)不剪(jian),留(liu)待次(ci)年,高(gao)(gao)度粗度達(da)標準(zhun)(zhun)后(hou)再剪(jian)。修(xiu)剪(jian)時只剪(jian)主枝(zhi),不剪(jian)側(ce)枝(zhi),剪(jian)口要平滑,剪(jian)后(hou)留(liu)柄(bing)宜短。
2.4.2 第(di)二次定型修剪(jian)(jian)(jian) 一般在(zai)上次修剪(jian)(jian)(jian)后(hou)一年進行。用整枝(zhi)剪(jian)(jian)(jian)在(zai)第(di)一次定型修剪(jian)(jian)(jian)的剪(jian)(jian)(jian)口上提高(gao)15-20cm,剪(jian)(jian)(jian)去上部(bu)枝(zhi)梢(shao),剪(jian)(jian)(jian)后(hou)茶(cha)樹(shu)高(gao)度為30-40cm。修剪(jian)(jian)(jian)時注意剪(jian)(jian)(jian)去內側芽(ya)(ya),保(bao)留外(wai)側芽(ya)(ya),以促使茶(cha)樹(shu)向(xiang)外(wai)分枝(zhi)伸展,同時剪(jian)(jian)(jian)去根頸處(chu)的下垂(chui)枝(zhi)及弱小分枝(zhi)。
2.4.3 第三次(ci)定型修剪 一般在第二(er)次(ci)定型修剪一年后進(jin)行,若茶苗(miao)生長(chang)勢旺盛(sheng)也可(ke)提前。用籬(li)剪在第二(er)次(ci)剪口上(shang)提高10-15cm,即離地面40-55cm處水(shui)平剪除(chu)上(shang)部(bu)枝(zhi)梢,并用整枝(zhi)剪將根頸和樹(shu)蓬(peng)內的(de)下垂(chui)枝(zhi)、弱枝(zhi)剪去(qu),促(cu)進(jin)骨干(gan)枝(zhi)正常生長(chang)。 2.5 茶園鋪草 茶園鋪草可(ke)以起到防止水(shui)土流失(shi)、蓄水(shui)抗旱(han)、保暖(nuan)防凍、消(xiao)滅某些頑(wan)固性(xing)雜草的(de)目(mu)的(de)。在鋪草之前,茶園先進(jin)行一次(ci)除(chu)草、耕作、施肥、灌(guan)溉等(deng)作業,再用草覆蓋(gai)效果會更好。鋪草方法為行間全面滿鋪,每畝(mu)用干(gan)草1噸以上(shang),稻草、麥桿(gan)、豆秸、油菜桿(gan)、留種綠肥的(de)莖桿(gan)及麥殼、豆殼、菜籽殼等(deng)更是良(liang)好的(de)覆蓋(gai)材料,泥(ni)炭、落葉、樹(shu)皮、木屑等(deng)也可(ke)利用。 ③、生產茶園管理
3.1 茶(cha)園施(shi)肥
3.1.1施肥(fei)(fei)原則:重施基(ji)肥(fei)(fei),分期追(zhui)肥(fei)(fei),一(yi)基(ji)三追(zhui)/年。基(ji)肥(fei)(fei)以有機(ji)肥(fei)(fei)為(wei)主(zhu),并(bing)與無(wu)(wu)機(ji)肥(fei)(fei)配合施用(yong);追(zhui)肥(fei)(fei)以速效性的氮(dan)肥(fei)(fei)為(wei)主(zhu),禁止使(shi)用(yong)硝態氮(dan)肥(fei)(fei)以及帶有氯(lv)元素的無(wu)(wu)機(ji)肥(fei)(fei)料,農家(jia)肥(fei)(fei)要先(xian)腐熟并(bing)達到無(wu)(wu)公害化(hua)要求后方可使(shi)用(yong)。
3.1.2 施(shi)用(yong)時(shi)(shi)(shi)間(jian): 基肥(fei)的(de)施(shi)用(yong)時(shi)(shi)(shi)期:10月中旬(xun)到11月上旬(xun)期間(jian)施(shi)下(xia)。 追(zhui)肥(fei)的(de)施(shi)用(yong)時(shi)(shi)(shi)期:催(cui)芽肥(fei)一般(ban)在投采前15-20天左右施(shi)下(xia)為宜。春茶結(jie)束之后,依據土壤墑(di)情、氣(qi)溫(wen)狀況及(ji)市場(chang)行(xing)情,必要(yao)時(shi)(shi)(shi)進(jin)行(xing)第二次(ci)追(zhui)肥(fei);夏茶結(jie)束后依據土壤墑(di)情、降(jiang)雨狀況,在氣(qi)溫(wen)開始回落(luo)時(shi)(shi)(shi)進(jin)行(xing)第三次(ci)追(zhui)肥(fei),以提高秋茶產量。
3.1.3 施(shi)(shi)肥(fei)(fei)(fei)量: 基肥(fei)(fei)(fei)及其(qi)施(shi)(shi)用(yong):幼齡(ling)茶(cha)(cha)(cha)園(yuan),畝施(shi)(shi)餅(bing)肥(fei)(fei)(fei)250公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)斤、過磷酸(suan)鈣(gai)25公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)斤、硫(liu)酸(suan)鉀(jia)15公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)斤;生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)茶(cha)(cha)(cha)園(yuan),畝施(shi)(shi)餅(bing)肥(fei)(fei)(fei)200公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)斤、過磷酸(suan)鈣(gai)30公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)斤、硫(liu)酸(suan)鉀(jia)20公(gong)(gong)(gong)(gong)斤。 追(zhui)(zhui)肥(fei)(fei)(fei)及其(qi)施(shi)(shi)用(yong):成齡(ling)茶(cha)(cha)(cha)園(yuan),每(mei)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)100斤干毛茶(cha)(cha)(cha)時,要歸還給(gei)茶(cha)(cha)(cha)園(yuan)土壤10-15斤純氮,茶(cha)(cha)(cha)園(yuan)全年3次(ci)(ci)(ci)追(zhui)(zhui)肥(fei)(fei)(fei)用(yong)肥(fei)(fei)(fei)比例(li):第1次(ci)(ci)(ci)追(zhui)(zhui)肥(fei)(fei)(fei):第2次(ci)(ci)(ci)追(zhui)(zhui)肥(fei)(fei)(fei):第3次(ci)(ci)(ci)追(zhui)(zhui)肥(fei)(fei)(fei)為40%:20%:30%。
3.1.4 施肥(fei)(fei)方(fang)法 基肥(fei)(fei):開(kai)溝埋(mai)施,成齡茶(cha)園(yuan)通常在(zai)茶(cha)叢(cong)邊緣垂直向下位(wei)置開(kai)溝施肥(fei)(fei),也可隔行開(kai)溝,每(mei)年更(geng)換位(wei)置,一(yi)左一(yi)右(you),溝深20~30厘米(mi);幼齡茶(cha)園(yuan)按苗穴(xue)施,施肥(fei)(fei)穴(xue)距(ju)根頸:1-2年生(sheng)茶(cha)樹(shu)為5~10厘米(mi),3-4年生(sheng)茶(cha)樹(shu)為10~15厘米(mi),深度(du)15~25厘米(mi)。 追肥(fei)(fei):地面(mian)撒施或(huo)葉面(mian)噴施。
3.2 茶園耕鋤 茶園經過(guo)耕鋤能及時將雜(za)草翻埋于土(tu)壤中,避免雜(za)草與茶樹爭水肥,能增加土(tu)壤肥力,改良土(tu)壤理化性質。
3.2.1淺(qian)(qian)耕(geng):一年3-5次,其中(zhong)必不可(ke)少的(de)有3次。第一次淺(qian)(qian)耕(geng)在(zai)春茶開采前(2月中(zhong)旬)進(jin)行(xing),深度10-15厘(li)(li)米;第二次淺(qian)(qian)耕(geng)在(zai)春茶結束后(5月中(zhong)旬)進(jin)行(xing),深度10厘(li)(li)米;第三(san)次淺(qian)(qian)耕(geng)在(zai)夏茶結束后(7月上旬至8月上旬)進(jin)行(xing),深度7-8厘(li)(li)米。淺(qian)(qian)耕(geng)可(ke)與追肥結合進(jin)行(xing)。
3.2.2 深耕:在茶季基(ji)本結束時(shi)進行(xing)深耕。深耕要求達20厘(li)米以上,成齡生產(chan)茶園(yuan)的深耕與施基(ji)肥結合進行(xing),基(ji)肥溝深、寬各(ge)30厘(li)米左(zuo)右。
3.3 茶樹修剪
3.3.1 輕(qing)(qing)修(xiu)(xiu)剪(jian)(jian)(jian) 第(di)一次定型修(xiu)(xiu)剪(jian)(jian)(jian)一般在翌年的(de)(de)3月進(jin)行(xing),在茶(cha)(cha)樹離地15-20厘(li)米(mi)處剪(jian)(jian)(jian)去(qu)以(yi)上(shang)(shang)部分,第(di)二、第(di)三次修(xiu)(xiu)剪(jian)(jian)(jian)均在上(shang)(shang)一次的(de)(de)基礎上(shang)(shang)提高15-20厘(li)米(mi),經過(guo)3次修(xiu)(xiu)剪(jian)(jian)(jian)后,茶(cha)(cha)蓬(peng)高度(du)可達45-60厘(li)米(mi),以(yi)后通過(guo)輕(qing)(qing)修(xiu)(xiu)剪(jian)(jian)(jian)和(he)重(zhong)修(xiu)(xiu)剪(jian)(jian)(jian)控制茶(cha)(cha)蓬(peng)高度(du),培養茶(cha)(cha)蓬(peng)冠(guan)幅(fu),成年茶(cha)(cha)園(yuan)的(de)(de)茶(cha)(cha)蓬(peng)一般高70厘(li)米(mi)、寬(kuan)80-90厘(li)米(mi)左右。輕(qing)(qing)修(xiu)(xiu)剪(jian)(jian)(jian)時間在夏茶(cha)(cha)停采后的(de)(de)6月中(zhong)旬(xun)至7月上(shang)(shang)旬(xun)進(jin)行(xing)以(yi)及(ji)秋(qiu)茶(cha)(cha)結束(shu)后的(de)(de)10月下旬(xun)至11月上(shang)(shang)旬(xun)進(jin)行(xing),修(xiu)(xiu)剪(jian)(jian)(jian)方法是(shi)每次修(xiu)(xiu)剪(jian)(jian)(jian)在上(shang)(shang)次剪(jian)(jian)(jian)口上(shang)(shang)提高3-6cm,秋(qiu)茶(cha)(cha)后的(de)(de)輕(qing)(qing)修(xiu)(xiu)剪(jian)(jian)(jian)宜輕(qing)(qing)不宜重(zhong),否則會推遲(chi)春(chun)茶(cha)(cha)開采期(qi),造(zao)成春(chun)茶(cha)(cha)減(jian)產。
3.3.2 深修(xiu)剪(jian)(jian) 深修(xiu)剪(jian)(jian)一(yi)般(ban)在秋茶(cha)結(jie)束后(hou)進行,每隔3-5年進行一(yi)次深修(xiu)剪(jian)(jian),剪(jian)(jian)去樹冠(guan)上(shang)部(bu)10-15cm以(yi)上(shang)的細(xi)弱枝(zhi)條,再用整枝(zhi)剪(jian)(jian)清除(chu)茶(cha)蓬中(zhong)的弱枝(zhi)、病枝(zhi)、枯(ku)枝(zhi)及下垂枝(zhi)。為了減(jian)少當年經(jing)濟損失,也可在春(chun)(chun)茶(cha)結(jie)束后(hou)進行。剪(jian)(jian)后(hou)須留養一(yi)季春(chun)(chun)茶(cha)或夏茶(cha),才可采茶(cha)。
3.4 病蟲(chong)害(hai)(hai)(hai)(hai)防治(zhi)(zhi) 以(yi)“預防為主,綜合防治(zhi)(zhi)”為原(yuan)則(ze)。采(cai)(cai)用(yong)農(nong)(nong)業、物(wu)理(li)、生物(wu)防治(zhi)(zhi)方法。一是對于茶(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)毛蟲(chong)、茶(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)蠶(can)、大(da)蓑(suo)蛾(e)、茶(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)蓑(suo)蛾(e)等(deng)形體較大(da),行動(dong)較遲緩,容易發現、容易捕捉或群集性的(de)害(hai)(hai)(hai)(hai)蟲(chong),均可(ke)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)人工捕殺的(de)辦法;對于綠(lv)麗(li)紋象等(deng)具(ju)(ju)有假死習性的(de)害(hai)(hai)(hai)(hai)蟲(chong),在(zai)(zai)振(zhen)落的(de)同時(shi),要(yao)用(yong)器具(ju)(ju)承接;對于蛀(zhu)干害(hai)(hai)(hai)(hai)蟲(chong)可(ke)以(yi)刺殺;對于許多病害(hai)(hai)(hai)(hai)可(ke)以(yi)摘除(chu)(chu)(chu)病葉、剪除(chu)(chu)(chu)病枝(zhi)或拔除(chu)(chu)(chu)病枝(zhi);對地(di)(di)衣(yi)、苔鮮(xian)可(ke)于雨后用(yong)半圓形側口竹刀(dao)刮(gua)除(chu)(chu)(chu)。 二是采(cai)(cai)用(yong)每3-5畝(mu)面積掛(gua)一盞(zhan)頻振(zhen)式殺蟲(chong)燈(deng)殺滅蛾(e)類;三是每畝(mu)掛(gua)30-50張粘蟲(chong)板(ban),降低害(hai)(hai)(hai)(hai)蟲(chong)危(wei)害(hai)(hai)(hai)(hai)指數(shu);四是可(ke)根據害(hai)(hai)(hai)(hai)蟲(chong)種類,選用(yong)從茶(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)尺蠖(huo)(huo)體內分(fen)離的(de)生物(wu)農(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)-茶(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)尺蠖(huo)(huo)多角體病毒于春(chun)茶(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)封園、7月(yue)中旬(xun)全(quan)園噴施兩次。在(zai)(zai)用(yong)農(nong)(nong)業防治(zhi)(zhi)、物(wu)理(li)、機械防治(zhi)(zhi)和(he)生物(wu)防治(zhi)(zhi)三種方法不能有效地(di)(di)控制病蟲(chong)危(wei)害(hai)(hai)(hai)(hai)時(shi),可(ke)以(yi)使用(yong)農(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)進行化學防治(zhi)(zhi),產地(di)(di)茶(cha)(cha)(cha)(cha)園使用(yong)的(de)農(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)必須(xu)符合NY/T393-2013《綠(lv)色(se)食品 農(nong)(nong)藥(yao)(yao)(yao)使用(yong)準則(ze)》的(de)規(gui)定。
3.5 鮮(xian)葉(xie)采摘與裝運管理
