小(xiao)樓盛產冬瓜,所產的黑(hei)皮(pi)冬瓜個頭很大,肉厚清甜,做成冬瓜宴,菜式層出不窮。
高(gao)明(ming)的(de)廚師(shi)還會根據季節變(bian)化用冬(dong)(dong)(dong)瓜(gua)(gua)配以鮮魚(yu)、鮮肉、時菜,烹制數十美(mei)食(shi),有(you)冬(dong)(dong)(dong)瓜(gua)(gua)燜鴨、豬骨(gu)柴魚(yu)冬(dong)(dong)(dong)瓜(gua)(gua)湯、瑤柱冬(dong)(dong)(dong)瓜(gua)(gua)腩(nan)、冬(dong)(dong)(dong)瓜(gua)(gua)盅等。比如說(shuo)冬(dong)(dong)(dong)瓜(gua)(gua)干蒸魚(yu)頭,魚(yu)肉中有(you)冬(dong)(dong)(dong)瓜(gua)(gua)的(de)清(qing)香,十分鮮甜;冬(dong)(dong)(dong)瓜(gua)(gua)盅則是常見的(de)做法(fa),把冬(dong)(dong)(dong)瓜(gua)(gua)挖去里(li)面的(de)瓜(gua)(gua)瓢(piao),盛進各種濃湯,豐儉由人,便宜的(de)可以放(fang)進豬骨(gu)頭湯,想吃高(gao)級的(de),就放(fang)些魚(yu)翅(chi)進去也未嘗不(bu)可;有(you)一道冬(dong)(dong)(dong)瓜(gua)(gua)煮(zhu)腐皮,比較清(qing)淡(dan),特別適(shi)合現在的(de)天(tian)氣。
小樓的冬瓜(gua),黑皮肉厚(hou)、個頭大,產量高,肉質結構緊實(shi)致密、清甜爽(shuang)口(kou),鮮(xian)食菜(cai)式豐(feng)富(fu)多(duo)樣(yang),還(huan)可制(zhi)成瓜(gua)干(gan)、瓜(gua)條(tiao)、瓜(gua)蓉(rong)干(gan)貨產品,主要銷往江(jiang)浙(zhe)一(yi)帶,是小樓鎮的大宗(zong)農產品。
