永(yong)泰(tai)小學(xue)(xue)立足學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)長(chang)遠發展,努(nu)力(li)提高學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)綜合素養,根(gen)據學(xue)(xue)校自(zi)身的(de)(de)優(you)勢特點(dian),先后開設(she)了(le)手(shou)風琴、書法、形體(ti)、單片機等(deng)校本課程。學(xue)(xue)校將“體(ti)驗教育”作為(wei)發展特色,以綜合實(shi)踐(jian)活動為(wei)載體(ti),為(wei)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)創設(she)多種體(ti)驗途徑(jing),不僅(jin)豐富(fu)了(le)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)情感、規范了(le)學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)行(xing)為(wei),同時挖掘學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)潛能發揮學(xue)(xue)生(sheng)(sheng)的(de)(de)特長(chang),學(xue)(xue)校師生(sheng)(sheng)在“體(ti)驗教育”中(zhong)共(gong)同成長(chang)與收獲,“體(ti)驗教育”特色初步(bu)形成,努(nu)力(li)實(shi)現“做最好的(de)(de)自(zi)己(ji)”。
學(xue)校先后涌(yong)現出北京(jing)市(shi)紫禁(jin)杯班主(zhu)(zhu)任(ren)4名,海(hai)(hai)淀(dian)區(qu)級學(xue)科帶頭人(ren)(ren)(ren)14人(ren)(ren)(ren)、骨干教(jiao)師7人(ren)(ren)(ren);海(hai)(hai)淀(dian)區(qu)班主(zhu)(zhu)任(ren)帶頭人(ren)(ren)(ren)2名;海(hai)(hai)淀(dian)區(qu)及課程改革先進個人(ren)(ren)(ren)8人(ren)(ren)(ren),東升學(xue)區(qu)級學(xue)科帶頭人(ren)(ren)(ren)18名。有(you)7位教(jiao)師在(zai)(zai)海(hai)(hai)淀(dian)區(qu)課堂(tang)教(jiao)學(xue)展示中獲一(yi)等獎(jiang),3名教(jiao)師在(zai)(zai)海(hai)(hai)淀(dian)區(qu)教(jiao)師基(ji)本功大賽中獲一(yi)等獎(jiang);66人(ren)(ren)(ren)次承擔了區(qu)級研究課、公開課和展評(ping)課。
