一、空冷器屬于什么設備
空冷(leng)(leng)器是空氣冷(leng)(leng)卻器的(de)簡稱,是石油(you)化工(gong)和油(you)氣加工(gong)生產中作為冷(leng)(leng)凝和冷(leng)(leng)卻應(ying)用最多(duo)的(de)一種換熱設備。
空冷器(qi)一般是(shi)由管束、管箱、風(feng)機、百(bai)葉(xie)窗和構架等主要部分組成。
二、空冷器分類及特點有哪些
空冷(leng)(leng)器按使用場合(he)不同,可分(fen)為電(dian)廠空冷(leng)(leng)器和石化空冷(leng)(leng)器。按冷(leng)(leng)卻方式,可分(fen)為干(gan)式、濕(shi)(shi)式、以(yi)及干(gan)-濕(shi)(shi)聯合(he)式空冷(leng)(leng)器。
1、濕式空冷器
濕(shi)(shi)(shi)式(shi)空(kong)(kong)(kong)冷(leng)器(qi)根(gen)據(ju)噴(pen)(pen)水(shui)方(fang)式(shi),可(ke)(ke)分為表面(mian)蒸發(fa)(fa)型、增(zeng)(zeng)濕(shi)(shi)(shi)型和噴(pen)(pen)淋(lin)型3種,在(zai)石化工業中以后兩(liang)種為主。表面(mian)蒸發(fa)(fa)式(shi)空(kong)(kong)(kong)冷(leng)器(qi)是一種利用(yong)(yong)管(guan)(guan)外水(shui)膜蒸發(fa)(fa)來強化傳熱(re)、由光管(guan)(guan)組(zu)成的空(kong)(kong)(kong)冷(leng)裝置。增(zeng)(zeng)濕(shi)(shi)(shi)型濕(shi)(shi)(shi)式(shi)空(kong)(kong)(kong)冷(leng)器(qi)只適(shi)用(yong)(yong)于(yu)相對濕(shi)(shi)(shi)度低于(yu)50%的干燥、炎熱(re)地(di)區,因為干空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣相對濕(shi)(shi)(shi)度越小,增(zeng)(zeng)濕(shi)(shi)(shi)后降溫越多,冷(leng)卻(que)效果越顯著。噴(pen)(pen)淋(lin)型濕(shi)(shi)(shi)式(shi)空(kong)(kong)(kong)冷(leng)器(qi)是直接(jie)在(zai)翅片(pian)管(guan)(guan)束上噴(pen)(pen)霧狀水(shui),利用(yong)(yong)水(shui)分蒸發(fa)(fa)的潛(qian)熱(re)交(jiao)換和空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣被增(zeng)(zeng)濕(shi)(shi)(shi)降溫來強化傳熱(re),同時,水(shui)霧的存(cun)在(zai)可(ke)(ke)使空(kong)(kong)(kong)冷(leng)器(qi)入(ru)口(kou)空(kong)(kong)(kong)氣溫度接(jie)近環(huan)境濕(shi)(shi)(shi)球溫度,提高(gao)了傳熱(re)平均溫差(cha),在(zai)3%噴(pen)(pen)淋(lin)量(liang)下換熱(re)系數可(ke)(ke)比干式(shi)空(kong)(kong)(kong)冷(leng)器(qi)提高(gao)2~4倍(bei)。
2、干式空冷器
干式空冷器僅依靠(kao)空(kong)氣溫(wen)升的(de)(de)顯熱(re)(re)方式來交換(huan)熱(re)(re)量,靠(kao)翅片管(guan)和風機(ji)強制(zhi)循環強化傳熱(re)(re)。操作簡單,使(shi)用(yong)方便,但由(you)于其(qi)冷卻溫(wen)度(du)取決于空(kong)氣的(de)(de)干球溫(wen)度(du),所(suo)以一般只能(neng)把管(guan)內(nei)熱(re)(re)流體冷卻到高(gao)于環境溫(wen)度(du)15~20℃。
對于我國南(nan)方濕熱(re)地區,濕式空冷(leng)器(qi)蒸發效果不好,一般主要(yao)用干式空冷(leng)器(qi)。
3、干-濕聯合式空冷器
干-濕(shi)聯合(he)式空(kong)冷(leng)器(qi)(qi),就是(shi)將干式空(kong)冷(leng)器(qi)(qi)與濕(shi)式空(kong)冷(leng)器(qi)(qi)組合(he)集成(cheng)。組合(he)的一般(ban)原則是(shi),在工藝流體高溫區用(yong)干式空(kong)冷(leng)器(qi)(qi),起(qi)氣體冷(leng)凝(ning)的作用(yong);在低溫區使用(yong)濕(shi)式空(kong)冷(leng)器(qi)(qi),起(qi)冷(leng)凝(ning)液冷(leng)卻的作用(yong)。
總之,選擇哪(na)種形式的空冷器,要根據當地的大氣溫(wen)度(du)、風速及相對濕(shi)度(du)等環境氣候條(tiao)件(jian),結合介質最終冷卻溫(wen)度(du)等換熱工藝要求,并兼顧(gu)經濟(ji)性(xing),進行綜合考量確定。
