一、風電變流器一般分為哪幾種
風(feng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)變流(liu)器(qi)主(zhu)要功能是(shi)通過(guo)控制發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)轉矩,從而使風(feng)機(ji)處于最佳發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)功率(lv)(lv)狀態,同時將(jiang)風(feng)力(li)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)發(fa)出的頻(pin)率(lv)(lv)、幅(fu)值(zhi)不穩定的電(dian)(dian)(dian)能,轉換(huan)為頻(pin)率(lv)(lv)、幅(fu)值(zhi)穩定的、符合電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)要求的電(dian)(dian)(dian)能后并(bing)入電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)。風(feng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)變流(liu)器(qi)的種類主(zhu)要有(you)兩種:
1、雙饋式風電變流器
雙饋式變(bian)流(liu)器主(zhu)要在風力(li)發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)統(tong)中配套雙饋發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機使用,當(dang)風速(su)(su)變(bian)化(hua)導(dao)致(zhi)發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機轉(zhuan)速(su)(su)變(bian)化(hua)時,變(bian)流(liu)器通過(guo)控制發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機轉(zhuan)子的(de)勵磁來改變(bian)轉(zhuan)子的(de)磁場,使發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機的(de)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓、頻率、幅值和電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)保持一致(zhi),從而實(shi)現風電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)統(tong)的(de)變(bian)速(su)(su)恒頻發(fa)(fa)(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。
雙饋(kui)(kui)(kui)型(xing)(xing)風機變流(liu)器的作用就是為了生成這個(ge)頻率(lv)旋轉(zhuan)磁場而提供交變電(dian)流(liu)。在實際(ji)運轉(zhuan)過程啟動后(hou),風機發(fa)出的電(dian)能將(jiang)會通過變流(liu)器反饋(kui)(kui)(kui)給電(dian)網(約占風機總功率(lv)的35~40%),此類(lei)型(xing)(xing)風機因之稱為雙饋(kui)(kui)(kui)型(xing)(xing)風機。
2、全功率式風電變流器
全功(gong)率(lv)(lv)式(shi)的(de)風(feng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)變(bian)流(liu)器(qi)主(zhu)要配套直(zhi)(zhi)驅/半直(zhi)(zhi)驅發電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)以及(ji)異步發電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)使用,由機(ji)側(ce)(ce)變(bian)換(huan)器(qi)和網側(ce)(ce)變(bian)換(huan)器(qi)組成,兩者通(tong)過直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)母(mu)線連接,機(ji)側(ce)(ce)變(bian)換(huan)器(qi)實現電(dian)(dian)(dian)機(ji)的(de)變(bian)頻調(diao)速(su),獲得(de)最佳的(de)發電(dian)(dian)(dian)效(xiao)率(lv)(lv),而網側(ce)(ce)變(bian)換(huan)器(qi)接入電(dian)(dian)(dian)網,提供優(you)質的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)能輸出。

二、風電變流器雙饋式的好還是全功率式的好
風電變流器(qi)(qi)主要(yao)有(you)雙(shuang)饋(kui)式和(he)全(quan)功率式兩種(zhong)類型,這兩種(zhong)風電變流器(qi)(qi)有(you)所差別,到底(di)哪種(zhong)更(geng)好呢?
1、雙饋式風電變流器的優缺點
雙饋(kui)發電系統中(zhong),風(feng)輪(lun)直接(jie)或通過(guo)升(sheng)速(su)齒(chi)輪(lun)箱(xiang)與發電機(ji)主軸連接(jie),具備轉速(su)調節范圍大、變流器所需容量小(xiao)、成(cheng)本低(di)的優(you)勢,但劣勢是齒(chi)輪(lun)箱(xiang)會帶來(lai)后期故(gu)障和維護成(cheng)本。
2、全功率式風電變流器的優缺點
全功率變(bian)流(liu)器具有效率高(gao)、節(jie)省齒輪箱的優勢,但其整體體積大,且變(bian)流(liu)器容量大、成(cheng)(cheng)本貴,使得(de)目前(qian)全功率變(bian)流(liu)器成(cheng)(cheng)本比雙饋變(bian)流(liu)器要高(gao)(大概貴40%左右)。
