冰箱壓縮機工作原理
壓縮機電(dian)(dian)動(dong)機的(de)(de)定(ding)子繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組(zu)(zu)(zu)是電(dian)(dian)感線(xian)圈,由(you)于(yu)運(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組(zu)(zu)(zu)和啟(qi)動(dong)繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組(zu)(zu)(zu)的(de)(de)線(xian)徑和匝(za)數不(bu)相(xiang)同,因此阻(zu)抗也就不(bu)同。當(dang)兩(liang)繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組(zu)(zu)(zu)接入交流(liu)電(dian)(dian)路中時,運(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組(zu)(zu)(zu)中的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)滯后電(dian)(dian)壓90°會產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)兩(liang)個(ge)不(bu)同的(de)(de)感抗值,雖然到(dao)達(da)兩(liang)個(ge)繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組(zu)(zu)(zu)上的(de)(de)是同相(xiang)位(wei)的(de)(de)50Hz交流(liu)電(dian)(dian),而(er)在兩(liang)個(ge)繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組(zu)(zu)(zu)上會產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)不(bu)同相(xiang)位(wei)差(cha)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)和電(dian)(dian)壓值,起到(dao)電(dian)(dian)阻(zu)分相(xiang)作用,產(chan)(chan)生(sheng)啟(qi)動(dong)轉矩(ju)。當(dang)電(dian)(dian)機轉速達(da)到(dao)額定(ding)轉速的(de)(de)70%~80%時,啟(qi)動(dong)繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組(zu)(zu)(zu)在啟(qi)動(dong)繼電(dian)(dian)器的(de)(de)控制下(xia)斷開啟(qi)動(dong)繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組(zu)(zu)(zu)電(dian)(dian)路,只由(you)運(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)繞(rao)(rao)(rao)組(zu)(zu)(zu)驅(qu)動(dong)電(dian)(dian)動(dong)機運(yun)行(xing)(xing)(xing)。

檢查冰箱壓縮機不工作原因
1、冰箱溫(wen)(wen)度(du)設(she)置過高,內部(bu)溫(wen)(wen)度(du)已經(jing)達(da)到設(she)定溫(wen)(wen)度(du),因此不啟動。
2、有(you)可能冰箱出現(xian)故障。
冰箱壓縮(suo)機不啟動(dong)會有以下八種原因:
3、檢查外(wai)接電(dian)源以及壓縮(suo)機輸入電(dian)壓有無
檢查接(jie)電(dian)(dian)源、壓(ya)縮機(ji)輸(shu)入(ru)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)是否符合標準要(yao)求(qiu)(187V~242V),用萬用表交流檔(dang)外接(jie)電(dian)(dian)源、壓(ya)縮機(ji)輸(shu)入(ru)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)情(qing)況是否在(zai)此范圍之內,如不符合要(yao)應采取措施調整到正常范圍之內。
4、環境溫度過(guo)低
a. 環(huan)境溫(wen)度(du)過低(di)(1~10℃)時(shi)(shi),如果冰(bing)箱為(wei)人工補償方式,此時(shi)(shi)需要打開(kai)補償開(kai)關,如果磁性(xing)溫(wen)度(du)補償開(kai)關,則(ze)需要檢查磁性(xing)開(kai)關是否正常:因(yin)為(wei)環(huan)境溫(wen)度(du)過低(di),特(te)別是對于雙溫(wen)單控冰(bing)箱的(de)(de)(de)冰(bing)箱,只要壓(ya)縮機工作(zuo)很(hen)短時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)冷(leng)藏室就達到(dao)了預定的(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)度(du)(1~10℃),同時(shi)(shi)由于環(huan)境溫(wen)度(du)低(di),冷(leng)藏室的(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)度(du)回升(sheng)很(hen)慢或(huo)不(bu)回升(sheng),壓(ya)縮機長(chang)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)不(bu)工作(zuo),停(ting)機的(de)(de)(de)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)過長(chang),而造(zao)成冷(leng)凍室的(de)(de)(de)溫(wen)度(du)過高,達不(bu)到(dao)-18℃以(yi)下。
b. 當環(huan)境(jing)溫度(du)低(di)于(yu)0℃時,應(ying)停(ting)止使用冰(bing)箱:因為環(huan)境(jing)溫度(du)低(di)于(yu)0℃時,壓縮機(ji)油(you)變稠(chou),潤滑性(xing)能(neng)變差;同時冷凝壓力變低(di),制冷劑不會(hui)流入蒸發(fa)器(qi),此時若繼續(xu)使用冰(bing)箱不會(hui)正常工作還可能(neng)會(hui)造(zao)成(cheng)壓縮機(ji)損壞。
5、檢查(cha)溫控器或主控板是否正常
a. 首(shou)先(xian)檢(jian)查溫(wen)(wen)(wen)控(kong)(kong)(kong)器(qi)(qi)是(shi)(shi)否在“0”檔(dang)(dang),如不在此(ci)檔(dang)(dang)位(wei),再(zai)檢(jian)查溫(wen)(wen)(wen)控(kong)(kong)(kong)器(qi)(qi)是(shi)(shi)否正(zheng)常:在通電的情況下將溫(wen)(wen)(wen)控(kong)(kong)(kong)器(qi)(qi)檔(dang)(dang)位(wei)調至強(qiang)冷檔(dang)(dang)(無強(qiang)冷檔(dang)(dang)則(ze)調到(dao)7檔(dang)(dang)),如果(guo)感(gan)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)探(tan)頭在箱內也可用(yong)熱毛巾加溫(wen)(wen)(wen)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)控(kong)(kong)(kong)器(qi)(qi)感(gan)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)探(tan)頭,觀察壓(ya)縮(suo)機是(shi)(shi)否運行。如果(guo)壓(ya)縮(suo)機不啟動(dong),則(ze)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)控(kong)(kong)(kong)器(qi)(qi)可能有(you)故障(zhang),此(ci)時可切斷電源(yuan)拆下溫(wen)(wen)(wen)控(kong)(kong)(kong)器(qi)(qi)用(yong)萬用(yong)表(biao)歐姆(mu)檔(dang)(dang)測量電源(yuan)接點與壓(ya)縮(suo)機輸入接點是(shi)(shi)否導通(阻(zu)值(zhi)為零(ling),根據溫(wen)(wen)(wen)控(kong)(kong)(kong)器(qi)(qi)的型(xing)號(hao)、參數標牌測量相應的接點)。如導通再(zai)檢(jian)查溫(wen)(wen)(wen)控(kong)(kong)(kong)器(qi)(qi)感(gan)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)管是(shi)(shi)否有(you)折斷、裂紋、泄(xie)露泄(xie)漏現象(xiang),如有(you)則(ze)需(xu)要(yao)更換(huan)溫(wen)(wen)(wen)控(kong)(kong)(kong)器(qi)(qi)。
b. 對于電(dian)子控制系統的(de)冰箱,在通(tong)電(dian)的(de)情(qing)況下,用(yong)萬用(yong)表交流(liu)電(dian)壓(ya)擋測量(liang)主控板輸(shu)入電(dian)壓(ya)與(yu)輸(shu)出電(dian)壓(ya)是(shi)否(fou)正常,顯(xian)示屏是(shi)否(fou)顯(xian)示壓(ya)縮機工作?各傳感器是(shi)否(fou)正常?各接(jie)插件接(jie)觸是(shi)否(fou)正常?如(ru)輸(shu)入端電(dian)壓(ya)正常輸(shu)出端無電(dian)壓(ya)則說明主控板有故障。
7、PTC啟動器故障(zhang)
用(yong)萬用(yong)表歐姆檔測量PTC啟(qi)(qi)動器(qi)運(yun)行插孔與啟(qi)(qi)動插孔兩端的(de)阻值(zhi)是(shi)否正常(常態下的(de)正常阻值(zhi)在(zai)16~50歐姆之間),如無窮(qiong)大(da)或為(wei)0則PTC啟(qi)(qi)動器(qi)損壞,應更換。
8、過(guo)載(zai)保護器故(gu)障
用電(dian)流(liu)表測量壓縮機啟動(dong)、運(yun)行(xing)(xing)電(dian)流(liu)是否(fou)正(zheng)常(啟動(dong)電(dian)流(liu)一般為(wei)運(yun)行(xing)(xing)電(dian)流(liu)的5~8倍左右),如電(dian)流(liu)正(zheng)常過載保護器動(dong)作,則過載保護器失靈,應更換。反之(zhi),則壓縮機有故(gu)障。
9、壓縮機各連接點接觸是否(fou)良好
檢查(cha)壓(ya)縮(suo)機PTC啟(qi)動保護器各個插接(jie)如何,并重新(xin)插接(jie)通(tong)電測(ce)試。
10、壓縮機內部故障
如果(guo)測試壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)附件都正(zheng)常,而壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)仍不能啟動(dong),并且過載保護器動(dong)作(此時測量啟動(dong)電流過大)判定為壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)卡缸(gang)或(huo)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)抱軸,需要更換壓(ya)(ya)(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)。
11、壓(ya)縮(suo)機(ji)繞組短斷路
用萬用表歐姆擋測量三端的(de)電阻(zu),如果測得某(mou)兩端的(de)阻(zu)值為零或者無窮大則(ze)說明該繞(rao)組(zu)為短路或者斷路,則(ze)需要(yao)更換壓縮機。
引起壓縮機不啟動的其它因素:
1、壓縮機電機匝間短路。
2、溫度控制器不良。
3、過載(zai)保護(hu)器不良(liang)。
4、啟動(dong)繼電(dian)(dian)器(qi)損壞(huai)。首先用(yong)(yong)萬用(yong)(yong)表測(ce)壓縮機電(dian)(dian)動(dong)機阻值正常,再檢查溫(wen)度控制器(qi)良好,過(guo)載(zai)保(bao)護器(qi)無異常現象,估計啟動(dong)繼電(dian)(dian)器(qi)內部(bu)損壞(huai)。試用(yong)(yong)絕緣導線將啟動(dong)接(jie)線柱和運轉接(jie)線柱接(jie)通,故障消失(shi),判斷啟動(dong)繼電(dian)(dian)器(qi)損壞(huai)。
冰箱壓縮機不工作解決辦法
查溫控器(qi)(qi)、溫度(du)補償開(kai)關(室溫低于(yu)10度(du)應打開(kai))、啟動器(qi)(qi)、過流保護器(qi)(qi)及壓(ya)縮機(ji)本身(shen);
先把冰箱電源拔(ba)掉,然后把溫控器數字打到最大,再插上(shang)電源,觀察冰箱壓縮(suo)機是否啟動運(yun)轉(zhuan)(zhuan),如(ru)果會運(yun)轉(zhuan)(zhuan),說明壓縮(suo)機沒有問題,如(ru)果不運(yun)轉(zhuan)(zhuan),溫控器就有問題;
這種(zhong)情況不(bu)是(shi)(shi)壓(ya)縮機壞就是(shi)(shi)溫控器壞!建議先檢(jian)查溫控器!
溫(wen)控器、壓縮機本(ben)身、啟動器、熱(re)保護器、制冷(leng)劑(ji)泄漏干凈,這幾個都可能(neng)。
燈亮說明電(dian)壓,主線路基本正(zheng)常。接下來查(cha)看(kan)溫控器,看(kan)有(you)(you)沒(mei)有(you)(you)220電(dian)壓送到壓縮機(ji),如果沒(mei)有(you)(you),說明溫控器損(sun)壞。如果有(you)(you),檢查(cha)壓縮機(ji)的啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)線圈,啟(qi)(qi)動(dong)電(dian)阻等。過熱,過流保(bao)護(hu)器。以(yi)上檢查(cha)都沒(mei)有(you)(you)問(wen)題。必(bi)然是壓縮機(ji)損(sun)壞,只能(neng)更換。
冰箱壓縮機故障維修
1、接通電源(yuan)后,使用木錘或橡膠錘輕輕敲(qiao)打壓縮(suo)機(ji)的外殼,并不斷變換敲(qiao)擊位置(zhi),此種(zhong)方法可排除輕微卡剛、抱住故障(zhang)。
2、對于變頻(pin)壓縮機來說,可以利用調壓器將電(dian)(dian)(dian)源電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓適(shi)當提高,或者在壓縮機的啟(qi)動電(dian)(dian)(dian)路中串聯一(yi)個無極性電(dian)(dian)(dian)解(jie)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容作為啟(qi)動電(dian)(dian)(dian)容,以增加壓縮機的啟(qi)動電(dian)(dian)(dian)流,來排(pai)除輕微卡缸,抱住故障。
3、對于嚴重的抱(bao)住,卡缸現(xian)象,則(ze)要更換新的壓(ya)縮機(ji)。
