小四輪(lun)拖拉(la)(la)機故障維修(xiu) 小四輪(lun)拖拉(la)(la)機幾種(zhong)常(chang)見故障的原因(yin)與排(pai)除
我國1000多萬臺拖拉機中,小(xiao)四(si)輪拖拉機占60%,成(cheng)為(wei)主要的(de)農(nong)用動(dong)力機械。為(wei)了(le)幫助農(nong)機手用好小(xiao)四(si)輪,下面介紹幾例排(pai)除故障的(de)方法。
一、制動鼓有異響
一臺東方紅-170型小四輪拖拉機,制動時制動鼓里發出很大的碎片撞擊聲,機手立刻停車,經拆卸檢查,發現制動蹄回位彈簧很軟,制動蹄部分燒損,局部鉚釘松脫,摩擦片破裂。造成故障的原因:一是磨擦片鉚接質量差;二是經常頻繁地緊急制動;三是裝配時不清潔(jie),將砂粒混入。后(hou)經鉚(liu)接新的(de)制動(dong)(dong)蹄,更換了回位彈簧,消除制動(dong)(dong)器(qi)內雜(za)物,裝配后(hou)正(zheng)確操作(如不制動(dong)(dong)時腳不要(yao)放在(zai)制動(dong)(dong)踏(ta)板(ban)上;盡量避免緊急制動(dong)(dong);保持正(zheng)確的(de)制動(dong)(dong)器(qi)間隙并定期檢查(cha)調整),使用一(yi)年多(duo),制動(dong)(dong)良好,沒有出現(xian)異常(chang)響聲。
二、制動鼓發熱
一(yi)臺東方(fang)紅(hong)-180型小四輪拖拉機(ji),工作時間不(bu)長(chang),發(fa)現制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)器很(hen)燙,空(kong)車上坡時呈超負荷狀(zhuang)態。經檢查其原因是:機(ji)手為(wei)了(le)(le)行(xing)(xing)(xing)駛(shi)安全(quan),將制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)器調(diao)得過死,制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)器踏板自由行(xing)(xing)(xing)程幾乎(hu)為(wei)零。這樣,不(bu)但在行(xing)(xing)(xing)駛(shi)中消耗了(le)(le)發(fa)動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)功率,而且(qie)加速了(le)(le)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)帶的(de)磨損,造(zao)成(cheng)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)鼓(gu)(gu)發(fa)熱。我們調(diao)長(chang)了(le)(le)制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)器拉桿,將踏板自由行(xing)(xing)(xing)程調(diao)為(wei)30毫米。實踐證明,制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)可靠,制(zhi)(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)鼓(gu)(gu)不(bu)再(zai)發(fa)熱。
三、方向盤空轉
一臺使用了多年的(de)東(dong)方紅-170型小四輪(lun)拖拉機,在(zai)教(jiao)練(lian)實習(xi)時(shi),我們發現(xian)導向(xiang)(xiang)輪(lun)與方向(xiang)(xiang)盤(pan)不能(neng)同步運作。在(zai)實現(xian)右轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)彎后(hou),再(zai)左轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)彎或回(hui)正方向(xiang)(xiang)時(shi),方向(xiang)(xiang)盤(pan)空轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan),導向(xiang)(xiang)輪(lun)沒(mei)有(you)隨之(zhi)偏轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan),且右轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)彎靈(ling)活,左轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)彎很(hen)遲鈍。經檢(jian)查多處(chu),發現(xian)該(gai)機渦輪(lun)軸(zhou)與轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)垂(chui)臂不是花口張海洋(yang)鍵聯接,而是靠一平鍵固定(現(xian)在(zai)新出(chu)廠的(de)拖拉機全是花鍵聯接)。由于使用時(shi)間(jian)長,鍵與鍵槽(cao)嚴重磨(mo)損,轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)時(shi)渦輪(lun)軸(zhou)在(zai)方向(xiang)(xiang)盤(pan)的(de)控制(zhi)下轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)動,而轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)垂(chui)臂并未(wei)隨之(zhi)擺(bai)動,因而使方向(xiang)(xiang)盤(pan)與導向(xiang)(xiang)輪(lun)之(zhi)間(jian)不能(neng)可靠地(di)傳遞轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)力,造成方向(xiang)(xiang)盤(pan)空轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)。我們將鍵槽(cao)適(shi)當修整擴(kuo)大,并加裝相應平鍵,裝配試車,轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)向(xiang)(xiang)恢復正常(chang)。
四、前輪前束正常,但導向輪加速磨損
在(zai)(zai)下鄉(xiang)服務中,我(wo)們發現幾臺小四輪(lun)(lun)拖(tuo)拉機使用(yong)(yong)半年(nian)至1年(nian)左右,導向(xiang)輪(lun)(lun)的磨(mo)損(sun)就(jiu)達到了報(bao)廢極限,行駛中導向(xiang)輪(lun)(lun)有晃頭(tou)現象。經(jing)檢(jian)查,前(qian)輪(lun)(lun)前(qian)束(shu)值在(zai)(zai)6-12毫米范圍內(nei),屬正(zheng)常(chang)(chang)值;進一(yi)步分(fen)析檢(jian)查,找到了導向(xiang)輪(lun)(lun)過度磨(mo)損(sun)的原因:一(yi)是導向(xiang)輪(lun)(lun)軸(zhou)(zhou)內(nei)軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)7306、外軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)7304是圓錐(zhui)軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng),使用(yong)(yong)200-300小時后(hou),就(jiu)需要檢(jian)查調整(zheng)軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)(xi)并(bing)注黃油(you)(you),但大(da)部分(fen)機手沒(mei)有這樣做,造成軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)(xi)過大(da),前(qian)輪(lun)(lun)晃頭(tou)。因此,在(zai)(zai)使用(yong)(yong)和(he)裝(zhuang)配(pei)時,應認真按(an)期調整(zheng)軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)(xi)并(bing)注油(you)(you)。二是轉向(xiang)節軸(zhou)(zhou)的支架襯(chen)套(tao)嚴重磨(mo)損(sun),定位力下降,使前(qian)輪(lun)(lun)晃頭(tou),這是前(qian)輪(lun)(lun)早期磨(mo)損(sun)的重要原因。解(jie)決的方法是:更換新襯(chen)套(tao),也可根據磨(mo)損(sun)后(hou)間(jian)隙(xi)(xi)(xi)大(da)小,做一(yi)個銅皮(pi)墊(dian)圈夾(jia)在(zai)(zai)襯(chen)套(tao)內(nei)即可,并(bing)定期向(xiang)襯(chen)套(tao)內(nei)注油(you)(you)。經(jing)過上述(shu)維護保養,導向(xiang)輪(lun)(lun)磨(mo)損(sun)正(zheng)常(chang)(chang),壽命延(yan)長至2-3年(nian)。
五、離合器分離軸承588908發熱或損壞
一臺皮帶(dai)轉(zhuan)動(dong)型小四輪(lun)拖(tuo)拉(la)機離(li)(li)合器(qi)分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)離(li)(li)軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)是密封式單向推力(li)球軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),設計(ji)要求只承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)受(shou)較小的軸(zhou)(zhou)向推力(li)(分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)離(li)(li)時(shi)軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)約受(shou)260~320千克力(li)),一般不(bu)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)受(shou)徑(jing)向力(li)。工作(zuo)中,分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)離(li)(li)軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)跟著離(li)(li)合器(qi)殼一起轉(zhuan),停(ting)車后(hou)用手(shou)觸摸分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)離(li)(li)軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)有燙手(shou)感。其原(yuan)因是:離(li)(li)合器(qi)沒有分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)離(li)(li)間(jian)隙(xi)(調(diao)整(zheng)不(bu)當(dang)或離(li)(li)合器(qi)磨損后(hou)沒有及時(shi)調(diao)整(zheng)該間(jian)隙(xi)所致),使分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)離(li)(li)軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)隨著分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)離(li)(li)杠(gang)桿(gan)轉(zhuan)動(dong)。這(zhe)樣不(bu)但(dan)影響(xiang)離(li)(li)合器(qi)正(zheng)常(chang)工作(zuo),也使分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)離(li)(li)軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)發熱,運轉(zhuan)時(shi)間(jian)長就造成損壞。應(ying)按要求調(diao)整(zheng),使分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)離(li)(li)杠(gang)桿(gan)與分(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)(fen)離(li)(li)軸(zhou)(zhou)承(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)保持正(zheng)常(chang)間(jian)隙(xi)。
六、搖擺軸竄出的原因及排除
一(yi)臺東方紅-200型小四輪拖(tuo)拉機(ji),運輸作(zuo)業中前橋搖擺(bai)軸(zhou)突然竄出(chu),幸虧機(ji)手(shou)處理及時(shi),避免了(le)一(yi)場(chang)惡性事故。究其(qi)原(yuan)因:是(shi)新換的(de)搖擺(bai)軸(zhou)定位鎖(suo)片太薄,工作(zuo)中變形損壞,失去了(le)定位作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)所(suo)致(zhi)。在檢查同類故障(zhang)時(shi),我們還發現(xian)有的(de)機(ji)手(shou)用(yong)(yong)鐵(tie)絲纏繞(rao)代替(ti)定位鎖(suo)片,因而(er)(er)出(chu)現(xian)了(le)上(shang)述(shu)故障(zhang)而(er)(er)導致(zhi)車毀人亡。因此,必須換用(yong)(yong)新鎖(suo)片,決不(bu)能(neng)用(yong)(yong)薄鎖(suo)片或鐵(tie)絲代替(ti)。
七、高速和低速行進時有猛烈的咬牙響聲
變速箱體內出現這一響聲(sheng),是差速器(qi)殼體與(yu)蓋(gai)即(ji)將發(fa)(fa)生“切脖”的(de)(de)信號,若猛烈(lie)的(de)(de)咬(yao)牙聲(sheng)變成(cheng)(cheng)撞擊聲(sheng),說明(ming)已發(fa)(fa)生了“切脖”,差速器(qi)及變速箱內的(de)(de)零部件已被嚴重損壞(huai),其損失(shi)是慘重的(de)(de)。當行車中突然聽到咬(yao)牙響聲(sheng),應(ying)立即(ji)停車,可(ke)防止“切脖”故障發(fa)(fa)生,避免(mian)造成(cheng)(cheng)損失(shi)。差速器(qi)的(de)(de)檢修應(ying)按常(chang)規步驟進行。
