白果(guo)(guo)為銀(yin)杏科植(zhi)物銀(yin)杏Ginkgo biloba L.除去肉質外種(zhong)(zhong)皮(pi)(pi)的種(zhong)(zhong)子。銀(yin)杏:落葉(xie)(xie)(xie)喬木(mu),高可達40米(mi)。樹(shu)干(gan)直立,樹(shu)皮(pi)(pi)灰色。枝(zhi)(zhi)有(you)長短兩(liang)種(zhong)(zhong),葉(xie)(xie)(xie)在(zai)短枝(zhi)(zhi)上(shang)簇生(sheng)(sheng),在(zai)長枝(zhi)(zhi)上(shang)互生(sheng)(sheng)或螺(luo)旋狀(zhuang)散(san)生(sheng)(sheng)于長枝(zhi)(zhi),扇(shan)形(xing)(xing)(xing),長4~8厘(li)米(mi),寬(kuan)5~10厘(li)米(mi),上(shang)緣(yuan)淺(qian)(qian)波狀(zhuang),先端中間(jian)2淺(qian)(qian)裂或深裂,基部楔形(xing)(xing)(xing),葉(xie)(xie)(xie)脈平(ping)行,脈叉狀(zhuang)分歧(qi);葉(xie)(xie)(xie)柄(bing)長2.5~7厘(li)米(mi)。花(hua)(hua)(hua)單性(xing),雌(ci)雄異株,與葉(xie)(xie)(xie)同時(shi)開放;雄花(hua)(hua)(hua)呈下垂的短柔荑花(hua)(hua)(hua)序,4~6個(ge)生(sheng)(sheng)于短枝(zhi)(zhi)上(shang)的葉(xie)(xie)(xie)腋(ye)內(nei)(nei)或苞腋(ye),有(you)多數雄蕊,花(hua)(hua)(hua)藥(yao)(yao)2室,生(sheng)(sheng)于短柄(bing)的頂端;雌(ci)花(hua)(hua)(hua)每2~3個(ge)聚生(sheng)(sheng)于短枝(zhi)(zhi)上(shang),每花(hua)(hua)(hua)有(you)一長柄(bing),柄(bing)端兩(liang)叉,各生(sheng)(sheng)1心皮(pi)(pi),胚(pei)珠附生(sheng)(sheng)于上(shang),通常(chang)僅1個(ge)胚(pei)珠發(fa)育(yu)成熟。種(zhong)(zhong)子核果(guo)(guo)狀(zhuang),倒卵形(xing)(xing)(xing)或橢圓形(xing)(xing)(xing),長2.5~3厘(li)米(mi),淡黃(huang)(huang)色,被白粉(fen)狀(zhuang)蠟質;外種(zhong)(zhong)皮(pi)(pi)肉質,有(you)白粉(fen),有(you)臭氣,熟時(shi)橙黃(huang)(huang)色;內(nei)(nei)種(zhong)(zhong)皮(pi)(pi)灰白色,骨質,兩(liang)側有(you)棱(leng)邊;胚(pei)乳豐富,子葉(xie)(xie)(xie)2。花(hua)(hua)(hua)期4~5月。果(guo)(guo)期7~10月。其根或根皮(pi)(pi)(白果(guo)(guo)根)、樹(shu)皮(pi)(pi)(白果(guo)(guo)樹(shu)皮(pi)(pi))、葉(xie)(xie)(xie)(白果(guo)(guo)葉(xie)(xie)(xie))亦(yi)供(gong)藥(yao)(yao)用。
果(guo)大(da)(粒(li)重2.1-3.13克),殼薄(殼厚0.30-0.47mm),出(chu)核率高(gao)(平(ping)(ping)均(jun)26%以(yi)上),出(chu)仁(ren)(ren)率高(gao)(出(chu)仁(ren)(ren)率78.4-85.1%),仁(ren)(ren)飽滿(采(cai)收后殼仁(ren)(ren)無空隙),漿水足,種殼結構(gou)細(xi)密(mi)(最大(da)孔(kong)隙徑:1.0μm~3.5μm;平(ping)(ping)均(jun)單位面積孔(kong)隙數:5-9個20μm×20μm;孔(kong)隙占總(zong)面積5.0%~8.0%),糯(nuo)性強,貯(zhu)藏期長(常規(gui)可貯(zhu)5個月(yue)),其品質為中國之冠。
生長環境
據(ju)《中(zhong)國(guo)銀杏》記載,銀杏的(de)(de)(de)水平分布大體是在北緯(wei)22-42度(du),東(dong)經(jing)97-124度(du)之間,年平均氣(qi)(qi)溫14-18℃,絕對最低氣(qi)(qi)溫不(bu)低于(yu)負(fu)20℃的(de)(de)(de)氣(qi)(qi)候區(qu)范(fan)圍內(nei),生長良好。泰興位于(yu)東(dong)經(jing)119°54′05″~120°21′56″,北緯(wei)31°58′12″~32°23′05″,年平均氣(qi)(qi)溫15.9℃,與(yu)日本銀杏主產區(qu)九州處于(yu)同一緯(wei)度(du),為銀杏生產的(de)(de)(de)最佳(jia)地帶。特殊的(de)(de)(de)生態環境(jing),加(jia)之幾百年的(de)(de)(de)栽(zai)培(pei)歷(li)史(shi),積累(lei)了豐(feng)富的(de)(de)(de)栽(zai)培(pei)經(jing)驗,培(pei)育了優良品(pin)(pin)質的(de)(de)(de)泰興白果(guo)。到2009年,該市銀杏品(pin)(pin)種(zhong)有大佛(fo)指(zhi)(zhi)、七星(xing)果(guo)、扁佛(fo)指(zhi)(zhi)、龍眼等4種(zhong),其中(zhong)大佛(fo)指(zhi)(zhi)(即(ji)泰興白果(guo))占99%以上,是公認的(de)(de)(de)果(guo)用優良品(pin)(pin)種(zhong)。
分布范圍
中國(guo)大部分(fen)地(di)(di)區有(you)栽(zai)(zai)培,為(wei)中國(guo)特有(you)樹種。浙江(jiang)天目山(shan)(shan)有(you)野生,中國(guo)各地(di)(di)廣(guang)為(wei)栽(zai)(zai)培。主產(chan)區江(jiang)蘇(su)、廣(guang)西、四川、河南、山(shan)(shan)東、湖(hu)北(bei)、遼(liao)寧等(deng)。以江(jiang)蘇(su)泰興大佛指產(chan)品為(wei)最佳,銷往中國(guo)各地(di)(di),并出口。
