一、調功器工作原理
可控硅調功器以可(ke)控(kong)(kong)硅(電(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)子功(gong)率(lv)器件)為(wei)基礎(chu),以智能數字控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)路為(wei)核心來控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)功(gong)率(lv)。其通過對(dui)電(dian)(dian)壓、電(dian)(dian)流和(he)功(gong)率(lv)的精確(que)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi),從(cong)而實現(xian)精密(mi)控(kong)(kong)溫。并且憑借其先(xian)進的數字控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)算法,優化了電(dian)(dian)能使用(yong)(yong)效率(lv)。對(dui)節約電(dian)(dian)能起了重要作用(yong)(yong)。
三(san)相電力調整器由觸發(fa)板(ban)、專用散熱器、風機(ji)、外殼等組成。核(he)心(xin)部(bu)分(fen)使用0控(kong)制板(ban)與可控(kong)硅模(mo)塊(kuai);散熱系統采用高效散熱、低(di)噪(zao)音風機(ji)。整機(ji)帶有(you)控(kong)制板(ban)所有(you)的功能。整機(ji)電流容(rong)量從40A到800A有(you)7個等級。
三相(xiang)可(ke)控(kong)硅(gui)調(diao)(diao)(diao)功(gong)調(diao)(diao)(diao)壓器是運(yun)用數字電路(lu)觸發可(ke)控(kong)硅(gui)實現調(diao)(diao)(diao)壓和(he)調(diao)(diao)(diao)功(gong)。調(diao)(diao)(diao)壓采用移相(xiang)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)方式(shi),調(diao)(diao)(diao)功(gong)有定周期(qi)調(diao)(diao)(diao)功(gong)和(he)變周期(qi)調(diao)(diao)(diao)功(gong)兩種方式(shi)。該控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)板(ban)帶鎖相(xiang)環(huan)同步電路(lu)、自動判(pan)別相(xiang)位(wei)、缺相(xiang)保護、上電緩(huan)起動、緩(huan)關(guan)斷、散熱(re)器超溫(wen)檢測(ce)、恒流輸出、電流限制(zhi)(zhi)、過(guo)流保護、串行工作(zuo)狀態指示等功(gong)能。
二、調功器和可控硅調壓器的區別
可(ke)控(kong)(kong)硅(晶閘(zha)管)作(zuo)為電(dian)力開關器(qi)件在(zai)工業生產(chan)(chan)自動(dong)化過(guo)程中(zhong),已經(jing)非常成熟(shu),論述頗多(duo)。目前,在(zai)交流(liu)電(dian)源領域中(zhong),可(ke)控(kong)(kong)硅有兩種(zhong)基本控(kong)(kong)制方式(shi):調(diao)功(gong)(gong)(gong)(調(diao)節功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)P)與調(diao)壓(ya)(調(diao)節電(dian)壓(ya)V)。相應的(de)產(chan)(chan)品(pin)稱之為:調(diao)功(gong)(gong)(gong)器(qi)與調(diao)壓(ya)器(qi)。調(diao)功(gong)(gong)(gong)、調(diao)壓(ya)作(zuo)為兩個不同的(de)概念(nian),在(zai)使用(yong)中(zhong)也是有所區別的(de)。
調功器(qi)也稱之為(wei)周(zhou)波(bo)數控(kong)制器(qi),可控(kong)硅在電(dian)(dian)壓(或電(dian)(dian)流)過零點(dian)導通(tong),也截止于電(dian)(dian)壓(或電(dian)(dian)流)過零點(dian),因此輸出的(de)波(bo)形(xing)為(wei)完(wan)整的(de)正弦(xian)波(bo)。如果設定一個(ge)(ge)固(gu)定的(de)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)周(zhou)期T,在這個(ge)(ge)周(zhou)期時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)內,通(tong)過控(kong)制導通(tong)時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)TON與截止時(shi)(shi)間(jian)(jian)TOFF,就可以達到控(kong)制輸出周(zhou)波(bo)數(導通(tong)率)的(de)目的(de)。
可(ke)控(kong)硅(gui)調壓器則是通過控(kong)制(zhi)移相(xiang)角達到改變(bian)電(dian)壓的目的。因此輸出端(duan)為移相(xiang)缺角波。
由于調壓器的輸出電(dian)壓為缺角的正弦波,含有高次諧波,不采(cai)取措施,對電(dian)網(wang)會(hui)產生一(yi)定的污(wu)染,這對同網(wang)上(shang)的用電(dian)器可能(neng)造(zao)成不良影響(xiang)。
調功器作為可控硅電力開(kai)關設(she)備,由于良好(hao)的操控性和(he)經濟耐用,被廣泛地用于電加熱的場合。
