電吹風-構造組成
電(dian)(dian)(dian)吹風主要由外(wai)殼(ke)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)、風葉和電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)。外(wai)殼(ke)既是結(jie)構保護(hu)層,又是外(wai)表裝件,要求造型(xing)美、重量(liang)輕,一(yi)般(ban)用(yong)(yong)金(jin)屬薄(bo)板(ban)沖制后表面(mian)鍍鉻或用(yong)(yong)工程(cheng)塑(su)料壓制而(er)成(cheng)(cheng)。永(yong)磁式(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)和串激式(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)轉速高(gao),多用(yong)(yong)于(yu)軸流式(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)吹風;感應式(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)轉速低,多用(yong)(yong)于(yu)離心(xin)式(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)吹風。風葉用(yong)(yong)金(jin)屬薄(bo)板(ban)或塑(su)料制成(cheng)(cheng),要求其(qi)風量(liang)大、效率(lv)高(gao)、風損小。電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件一(yi)般(ban)用(yong)(yong)鎳鉻絲纏繞在(zai)瓷質或云母支(zhi)架上(shang)構成(cheng)(cheng),大多數電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件上(shang)裝有過熱(re)保護(hu)裝置,并可(ke)調節加熱(re)溫度。較新(xin)型(xing)的電(dian)(dian)(dian)吹風采用(yong)(yong)PTC元(yuan)(yuan)件作電(dian)(dian)(dian)熱(re)元(yuan)(yuan)件,其(qi)本(ben)身即有過熱(re)保護(hu)功能(neng)。
電吹風-工作原理
電動機和風葉直接相連,通電后電動機帶動風葉轉動,從進風口吸入的空氣經過電熱元件,由開關控制,變成從出風口送出的熱風或冷風。通常只有當電動機通電時,電熱元件才能接通加熱,以避免機件過熱而損壞。吹風機調節風溫的簡易方法是轉動外殼上的檔板;有控制開關時,可分檔調溫;用PTC元件時可自動控溫。有的電吹風通過改變外接電源電壓,實現風溫和風量的無級調節。 是由一組電熱絲和一個小風扇組合而成的。通電時,電熱絲會產生熱量,風扇吹出的風經過電熱絲,就變成熱風。如果只是小風扇轉動,而電熱絲不熱,那么吹出來的就只是風而不熱了。吹風機吹出來的風屬于干風,若使用的時間過長,很容易會造成水分的流失,造成熱傷害,把損傷降到最低的秘訣就是:用毛巾先拍干頭發(fa)上的水分,用手(shou)輕輕梳順頭發(fa),然后再用吹風機。
