電動自行車保養做些什么
1、經常檢查前后車胎
電動自行車應盡量(liang)減少頻(pin)繁剎車與重新加(jia)速次(ci)數,不要(yao)超(chao)載和超(chao)速行駛(故意拔掉限速裝置)。騎行中還要(yao)盡量(liang)避免過大顛簸振動而造成對控制(zhi)器(qi)、接點、接插(cha)件、電(dian)機軸承的沖(chong)擊(ji)。
2、騎行之后及時補充電能
電(dian)(dian)動(dong)自(zi)行車電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)出現明顯(xian)缺電(dian)(dian)“饑餓”狀態時(shi),會造(zao)成電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)很大的虧空。充(chong)電(dian)(dian)前,先將(jiang)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)器插(cha)入電(dian)(dian)動(dong)自(zi)行車充(chong)電(dian)(dian)座(zuo),再(zai)將(jiang)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)器電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)接(jie)入交流電(dian)(dian)。電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)基本充(chong)滿后至少應再(zai)保持兩三小(xiao)時(shi)浮(fu)充(chong)電(dian)(dian),保證真正(zheng)充(chong)滿,但不要超過24小(xiao)時(shi)。另(ling)外,夏季應避免行駛后回來立(li)即充(chong)電(dian)(dian),且充(chong)電(dian)(dian)時(shi)間(jian)一般以八(ba)小(xiao)時(shi)為宜(yi),切勿(wu)過度充(chong)電(dian)(dian)。
3、經常檢查前后車閘
靈敏可(ke)靠、行程適宜,不剎(cha)閘時磨(mo)不到輪轂;閘皮過度磨(mo)損,要及(ji)時更(geng)換。注(zhu)意前后車輪轉(zhuan)動是(shi)否圓滑順暢(chang),輕輕撥動應“惰走”較長時間(jian),停止瞬間(jian)有反轉(zhuan)傾(qing)向,否則應調整(zheng)(zheng)軸檔。以上兩項調整(zheng)(zheng)得當,可(ke)以減少(shao)摩擦節約(yue)電能,增加(jia)續駛里程。
4、盡可能在室內存放車輛
電(dian)(dian)動(dong)自行車(che)應避免(mian)雨(yu)淋(lin)日(ri)曬,惡劣天(tian)氣嚴防(fang)電(dian)(dian)機電(dian)(dian)池進水、烈日(ri)過度曝曬。電(dian)(dian)動(dong)自行車(che)切勿過度使用,讓電(dian)(dian)動(dong)自行車(che)休養生息(xi),使電(dian)(dian)池自然恢復其化(hua)學性(xing)能。應盡(jin)量避免(mian)連續過長(chang)(chang)時間遠距離騎行造成電(dian)(dian)動(dong)自行車(che)電(dian)(dian)池深度放電(dian)(dian)。若(ruo)長(chang)(chang)時間不(bu)騎行,應每半(ban)個月充電(dian)(dian)一次。
電動自行車保養注意
1、不宜騎過就充電
電(dian)池(chi)的壽(shou)命是由充(chong)放電(dian)循環次(ci)數(shu)(shu)決定的,充(chong)放電(dian)的次(ci)數(shu)(shu)越多壽(shou)命縮減越快。所以,不應該只要騎過(guo)電(dian)動車(che)就充(chong)電(dian),應該掌握(wo)在電(dian)池(chi)的最大行使里程的60%-70%時再充(chong)電(dian)。
2、不要在溫度過高或過低的情況下充電
充電(dian)(dian)(dian)過(guo)程中(zhong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)本身會產生(sheng)少量(liang)熱量(liang),在過(guo)高的溫度(du)下充電(dian)(dian)(dian),會使瓶體溫度(du)升(sheng)高,損害蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)性(xing)能。溫度(du)過(guo)低。電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)接受能力差,活性(xing)減弱,電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)量(liang)不(bu)足,充放電(dian)(dian)(dian)次數增加(jia),縮短電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)壽命。
3、最好用智能插座
眾多的電動車用(yong)戶下(xia)班(ban)回家充(chong)電(dian),第(di)二天上班(ban)時(shi)切(qie)斷(duan)電(dian)源(yuan),其實大多(duo)充(chong)電(dian)器不能百(bai)分之百(bai)地保證在(zai)電(dian)池(chi)充(chong)滿時(shi)自(zi)動(dong)斷(duan)電(dian)。最好的(de)辦法是(shi)選購智能插座,充(chong)電(dian)時(shi)設置好時(shi)間,這樣便(bian)能解(jie)決晚上安心休息的(de)問題。
4、嚴禁虧電行使
