普通電(dian)(dian)飯煲(bao)的結構:普通電(dian)(dian)飯煲(bao)主要(yao)由發熱盤、限(xian)溫器、保溫開關(guan)、杠桿開關(guan)、限(xian)流電(dian)(dian)阻、指(zhi)示燈、插座等組成(cheng)。
1、發熱盤:
這是(shi)電飯煲(bao)的(de)主要發熱元(yuan)件(jian)。這是(shi)一個內(nei)(nei)嵌電發熱管的(de)鋁合金圓盤,內(nei)(nei)鍋就放(fang)在(zai)它上面,取下內(nei)(nei)鍋就可以看見。
2、限溫器:
又(you)叫(jiao)磁(ci)鋼。它的內部裝有一(yi)個永久磁(ci)環(huan)和一(yi)個彈簧,可(ke)以按(an)(an)動(dong)(dong),位置在(zai)發(fa)熱盤(pan)的中央(yang)。煮(zhu)飯時(shi)(shi),按(an)(an)下煮(zhu)飯開關(guan)(guan)時(shi)(shi),靠磁(ci)鋼的吸(xi)(xi)力帶動(dong)(dong)杠(gang)桿開關(guan)(guan)使電源觸點(dian)保(bao)持接通,當煮(zhu)米飯時(shi)(shi),鍋底的溫(wen)度不(bu)斷升(sheng)高,永久磁(ci)環(huan)的吸(xi)(xi)力隨(sui)溫(wen)度的升(sheng)高而減弱,當內鍋里的水被(bei)蒸發(fa)掉,鍋底的溫(wen)度達(da)到103±2C時(shi)(shi),磁(ci)環(huan)的吸(xi)(xi)力小(xiao)于其上(shang)的彈簧的彈力,限(xian)溫(wen)器被(bei)彈簧頂下,帶動(dong)(dong)杠(gang)桿開關(guan)(guan),切斷電源。
3、保溫開關:
又(you)稱(cheng)恒溫(wen)器。它是由一(yi)個(ge)彈簧片(pian)(pian)(pian)、一(yi)對(dui)常(chang)(chang)閉(bi)觸(chu)點(dian)(dian)、一(yi)對(dui)常(chang)(chang)開觸(chu)點(dian)(dian)、一(yi)個(ge)雙(shuang)金(jin)屬(shu)片(pian)(pian)(pian)組成。煮飯(fan)時(shi),鍋內溫(wen)度(du)升高,由于構成雙(shuang)金(jin)屬(shu)片(pian)(pian)(pian)的(de)(de)兩(liang)片(pian)(pian)(pian)金(jin)屬(shu)片(pian)(pian)(pian)的(de)(de)熱(re)伸縮率不同(tong),結果使雙(shuang)金(jin)屬(shu)片(pian)(pian)(pian)向(xiang)上(shang)(shang)彎(wan)(wan)曲。當溫(wen)度(du)達到80C以上(shang)(shang)時(shi),在向(xiang)上(shang)(shang)彎(wan)(wan)曲的(de)(de)雙(shuang)金(jin)屬(shu)片(pian)(pian)(pian)推動下,彈簧片(pian)(pian)(pian)帶(dai)動常(chang)(chang)開與(yu)常(chang)(chang)閉(bi)觸(chu)點(dian)(dian)進(jin)行轉(zhuan)換,從(cong)而切斷(duan)發(fa)熱(re)管的(de)(de)電源,停止加熱(re)。當鍋內溫(wen)度(du)下降到80C以下時(shi),雙(shuang)金(jin)屬(shu)片(pian)(pian)(pian)逐(zhu)漸冷卻(que)復原(yuan),常(chang)(chang)開與(yu)常(chang)(chang)閉(bi)觸(chu)點(dian)(dian)再次轉(zhuan)換,接通發(fa)熱(re)管電源,進(jin)行加熱(re)。如此反(fan)復,即(ji)達到保溫(wen)效果。
4、杠桿開關:
該開(kai)關完(wan)全是機械結構,有(you)一個常開(kai)觸點(dian)(dian)。煮飯時(shi),按下此(ci)開(kai)關,給發熱(re)(re)管(guan)接通電源,同(tong)時(shi)給加熱(re)(re)指示燈供電使(shi)之點(dian)(dian)亮。飯好時(shi),限溫(wen)(wen)器彈下,帶動(dong)杠桿開(kai)關,使(shi)觸點(dian)(dian)斷開(kai)。此(ci)后發熱(re)(re)管(guan)僅受(shou)保(bao)溫(wen)(wen)開(kai)關控(kong)制。
5、限流電阻:
外觀金黃色(se)或白(bai)色(se)為多,大小象3W電(dian)阻(zu),按在發(fa)熱(re)(re)管與電(dian)源之(zhi)間,起著保(bao)護發(fa)熱(re)(re)管的(de)作用(yong)。常用(yong)的(de)限流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)為185C 5A或10A(根據電(dian)飯(fan)煲功率而(er)定)。限流(liu)電(dian)阻(zu)是保(bao)護發(fa)熱(re)(re)管的(de)關鍵元件,有能用(yong)導(dao)線代替。
