一、交流屏和直流屏有什么區別
1、性質不同
交流屏本質上就是低壓配電柜,交(jiao)流進(jin)交(jiao)流出,一般與直流屏(ping)配套,給(gei)直流屏(ping)和配電(dian)(dian)室提供(gong)電(dian)(dian)源分配;直流屏(ping)是把(ba)交(jiao)流整(zheng)成直流給(gei)電(dian)(dian)池充電(dian)(dian),當市(shi)電(dian)(dian)市(shi)電(dian)(dian)的時候通過(guo)電(dian)(dian)池組給(gei)母(mu)線(xian)供(gong)電(dian)(dian)給(gei)高壓分合閘機構以及控制系(xi)統(tong)和綜保提供(gong)電(dian)(dian)源。
2、用途不同
直(zhi)流屏(ping)用于(yu)大中小型發電廠和變電站,為(wei)高壓(ya)開關在(zai)正常運(yun)行和事故狀(zhuang)態下的分合閘、繼電保護、自動控(kong)制、事故照明等提供直(zhi)流電源。
直流屏的(de)可(ke)靠(kao)性(xing)是其他電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)裝置供電(dian)(dian)的(de),它能滿足變(bian)電(dian)(dian)站和(he)發電(dian)(dian)廠(chang)這些場合對電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)的(de)高可(ke)靠(kao)性(xing)要求;交流屏的(de)作用(yong)就是用(yong)來(lai)顯示(shi)各(ge)高低壓配電(dian)(dian)柜的(de)運行狀況(kuang),一般上面有電(dian)(dian)流、電(dian)(dian)壓顯示(shi)和(he)分(fen)合閘(zha)指示(shi)。
二、如何辨別交流屏和直流屏
1、從組成結構上進行辨別
直(zhi)流(liu)屏主要由(you)機(ji)柜(ju)、整流(liu)模塊、絕緣檢(jian)測、監控(kong)系統(tong)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)巡檢(jian)、降壓單元等組成(cheng),總體分(fen)(fen)為(wei)兩個部(bu)分(fen)(fen),其中一部(bu)分(fen)(fen)是(shi)(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)屏,另一部(bu)分(fen)(fen)是(shi)(shi)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)屏,電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)屏就是(shi)(shi)用來擺(bai)放蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的機(ji)柜(ju),這(zhe)些電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)可(ke)為(wei)直(zhi)流(liu)系統(tong)提供(gong)(gong)直(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源,目(mu)前使用的蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)主要是(shi)(shi)閥控(kong)式密(mi)封免維護鉛酸電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)。直(zhi)流(liu)屏主要是(shi)(shi)為(wei)高壓開關柜(ju)、儀器(qi)儀表、事故(gu)照明(ming)等提供(gong)(gong)直(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源。
交流屏一般由電壓表、電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)表、開(kai)關、信(xin)號燈(deng)、保險、線路等組成,根(gen)據不同(tong)用戶用電(dian)(dian)(dian)設備的(de)不同(tong)以(yi)及用電(dian)(dian)(dian)量的(de)不一(yi)樣(yang),交流(liu)屏的(de)配置(zhi)有所區別,其(qi)作(zuo)用就是在(zai)整(zheng)個(ge)動力(li)系統中(zhong)監(jian)測總電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓、電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)或分支電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓、以(yi)及電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)的(de)使用情(qing)況,可根(gen)據所需情(qing)況開(kai)關支路。
2、從電源輸出上進行辨別
不管(guan)是(shi)(shi)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)屏(ping)(ping)(ping)還是(shi)(shi)交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)屏(ping)(ping)(ping),其輸(shu)(shu)入(ru)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源都是(shi)(shi)交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian),在電(dian)(dian)(dian)源輸(shu)(shu)出上,交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)屏(ping)(ping)(ping)輸(shu)(shu)出的是(shi)(shi)交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian),直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)屏(ping)(ping)(ping)輸(shu)(shu)出的是(shi)(shi)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)。當交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)停(ting)電(dian)(dian)(dian)時,交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)屏(ping)(ping)(ping)輸(shu)(shu)出中斷,直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)屏(ping)(ping)(ping)仍可(ke)進行直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)輸(shu)(shu)出。由此(ci)可(ke)見,交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)屏(ping)(ping)(ping)就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)輸(shu)(shu)入(ru),交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)輸(shu)(shu)出,并與直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)屏(ping)(ping)(ping)配合使用,分(fen)配直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)屏(ping)(ping)(ping)和配電(dian)(dian)(dian)室的電(dian)(dian)(dian)源。
