一、無刷減速電機什么意思
直流無刷減速電機,即無刷(shua)齒(chi)輪(lun)(lun)減速(su)電機(ji),是在直流無刷(shua)電機(ji)的(de)基礎上(shang),加上(shang)配套(tao)齒(chi)輪(lun)(lun)減速(su)箱。齒(chi)輪(lun)(lun)減速(su)箱的(de)作(zuo)用是,提(ti)供較(jiao)低的(de)轉速(su),較(jiao)大的(de)力矩。同(tong)時,齒(chi)輪(lun)(lun)箱不(bu)同(tong)的(de)傳動比可以提(ti)供不(bu)同(tong)的(de)轉速(su)和力矩。這大大提(ti)高了直流無刷(shua)電機(ji)在自動化(hua)行業中的(de)使用率。

二、無刷減速電機的工作原理
無刷(shua)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)減速(su)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機為了實(shi)現直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機的無電(dian)(dian)(dian)刷(shua)換向,一般(ban)將電(dian)(dian)(dian)樞繞組放在定子(zi)(zi)上,把(ba)永(yong)磁磁鋼放在轉子(zi)(zi)上,與(yu)(yu)傳統永(yong)磁直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)減速(su)電(dian)(dian)(dian)機的結構剛好相(xiang)反。但僅這樣做還(huan)不(bu)夠,沒有電(dian)(dian)(dian)刷(shua)的換流(liu)作用(yong)(yong)(yong),用(yong)(yong)(yong)一般(ban)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源給定子(zi)(zi)各繞組供電(dian)(dian)(dian),只能(neng)(neng)產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)固定磁場,它(ta)不(bu)能(neng)(neng)與(yu)(yu)運動中(zhong)的轉子(zi)(zi)磁鋼所(suo)產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)的永(yong)磁磁場相(xiang)互作用(yong)(yong)(yong),來產(chan)生(sheng)(sheng)持續的單一方向的轉矩(ju),也就(jiu)無法驅(qu)動轉子(zi)(zi)連續轉動。

無刷直流減速電機的(de)運行方式因(yin)減(jian)速電(dian)機本體的(de)繞(rao)組型(xing)式不同而各異,多數無刷(shua)直流減(jian)速電(dian)機的(de)定子繞(rao)組是三相繞(rao)組。
