碾(nian)(nian)輪構(gou)造有(you)光碾(nian)(nian)、槽碾(nian)(nian)和羊足(zu)碾(nian)(nian)等。光碾(nian)(nian)應用(yong)最普遍,鋼輪式(shi)壓(ya)(ya)路機主要用(yong)于(yu)路面(mian)(mian)(mian)面(mian)(mian)(mian)層壓(ya)(ya)實(shi)。采用(yong)機械或液壓(ya)(ya)傳動,能集中力量壓(ya)(ya)實(shi)突起部分,壓(ya)(ya)實(shi)平整度高(gao),適于(yu)瀝(li)青(qing)路面(mian)(mian)(mian)壓(ya)(ya)實(shi)作(zuo)業。
鋼輪式壓路(lu)機按輪軸布置有單軸單輪、雙軸雙輪、雙軸三輪和三軸三輪等種。
以(yi)內(nei)燃機為動(dong)力,采(cai)用(yong)機械傳動(dong)或(huo)液(ye)壓傳動(dong)。一(yi)般前(qian)輪(lun)轉向(xiang)(xiang),機動(dong)性好,后(hou)輪(lun)驅動(dong)。為改(gai)善轉向(xiang)(xiang)及碾(nian)壓性能,宜(yi)采(cai)用(yong)鉸接式轉向(xiang)(xiang)結(jie)構和(he)全輪(lun)驅動(dong)。前(qian)輪(lun)框架(jia)和(he)機架(jia)鉸接,以(yi)減少路面不平時(shi)的機身擺動(dong)。后(hou)輪(lun)和(he)機架(jia)為剛性聯接。
鋼輪式(shi)壓(ya)路機采用(yong)(yong)液壓(ya)操縱、用(yong)(yong)液壓(ya)缸(gang)控(kong)制轉向。前后碾輪均裝有刮板(ban)以清除碾輪上粘結物(wu)。還裝有噴水系統,用(yong)(yong)于壓(ya)實(shi)瀝(li)(li)青(qing)路面時(shi),對碾輪灑水以防瀝(li)(li)青(qing)混合(he)料粘附。為增大作(zuo)用(yong)(yong)力(li)還可(ke)在(zai)碾輪內(nei)加裝鐵、砂(sha)、水等加大壓(ya)重。
鋼輪(lun)式壓(ya)(ya)路(lu)機(ji)的主要技(ji)術(shu)參(can)數(shu)是機(ji)重(zhong)和(he)線壓(ya)(ya)力。80年(nian)代(dai)各(ge)種鋼輪(lun)式壓(ya)(ya)路(lu)機(ji)機(ji)重(zhong)范(fan)圍(wei)約為(wei)(wei):兩輪(lun)壓(ya)(ya)路(lu)機(ji)2~13噸(dun),三(san)(san)輪(lun)壓(ya)(ya)路(lu)機(ji)1~15噸(dun),按需要可加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)重(zhong)1~3噸(dun),三(san)(san)軸(zhou)三(san)(san)輪(lun)壓(ya)(ya)路(lu)機(ji)13~14噸(dun),加(jia)壓(ya)(ya)重(zhong)后(hou)為(wei)(wei)18~19噸(dun)。
