龍(long)須酥被稱為中(zhong)國民間特色傳統小吃,因外觀潔白綿密、細如(ru)龍(long)須而得名。
龍須酥由(you)小麥精粉、麥芽糖(tang)等(deng)原料精制而成(cheng),具有(you)色澤乳白、細絲萬縷、層次(ci)清(qing)晰、營養豐富、入口(kou)即松、回味(wei)甘甜(tian)等(deng)特點。
據說是(shi)古(gu)代皇帝吃的(de)小食品,已(yi)流傳(chuan)(chuan)民(min)(min)間(jian)二千余(yu)年(nian)了(le)。正(zheng)德(de)皇帝游(you)民(min)(min)間(jian)時(shi)(shi),發現民(min)(min)間(jian)竟有味道(dao)、外形(xing)如此(ci)特別之(zhi)糖,當(dang)時(shi)(shi)稱之(zhi)為(wei)“銀絲糖”,入口極香、口味特別,因(yin)而對此(ci)物產(chan)生好感,于是(shi)下旨帶回宮中,并(bing)取名(ming)為(wei)“龍(long)(long)須(xu)(xu)糖”、也(ye)被稱為(wei)“龍(long)(long)須(xu)(xu)卷”及(ji)后再傳(chuan)(chuan)入民(min)(min)間(jian),一(yi)直(zhi)是(shi)深受臣民(min)(min)們喜愛的(de)食品。龍(long)(long)須(xu)(xu)酥(su)據傳(chuan)(chuan)已(yi)流傳(chuan)(chuan)民(min)(min)間(jian)二千年(nian),一(yi)直(zhi)為(wei)皇帝御用點心,直(zhi)至雍正(zheng)年(nian)間(jian),龍(long)(long)須(xu)(xu)酥(su)才(cai)名(ming)聲大震(zhen)。相傳(chuan)(chuan),一(yi)日雍正(zheng)皇帝設滿漢全席,宴請文武百官。當(dang)御廚現場制作該酥(su)時(shi)(shi),雍正(zheng)皇帝見其(qi)手(shou)(shou)法嫻熟,似游(you)龍(long)(long)舞鳳,手(shou)(shou)中糖絲雪白、纖細,如祥龍(long)(long)之(zhi)須(xu)(xu),遂龍(long)(long)顏大悅(yue),賞賜眾嬪妃(fei)臣子,并(bing)特封(feng)此(ci)糖為(wei)“龍(long)(long)須(xu)(xu)酥(su)”,自此(ci),龍(long)(long)須(xu)(xu)酥(su)的(de)美(mei)名(ming)遍傳(chuan)(chuan)大江南(nan)北。
