鹿茸是什么
鹿(lu)茸(rong)(rong),是指梅花(hua)鹿(lu)或馬(ma)鹿(lu)的雄鹿(lu)未骨化而帶茸(rong)(rong)毛的幼角。是名(ming)貴(gui)藥材。鹿(lu)茸(rong)(rong)中含有磷脂(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)、糖脂(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)、膠脂(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)、激素、脂(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)肪酸(suan)、氨(an)(an)基酸(suan)、蛋(dan)白質及(ji)鈣、磷、鎂、鈉等成分(fen)(fen),其中氨(an)(an)基酸(suan)成分(fen)(fen)占(zhan)總(zong)成分(fen)(fen)的一半(ban)以上(shang)。
鹿茸怎么分級
鹿(lu)茸(rong)片一共分四個等級:
一級鹿(lu)(lu)茸(rong)臘(la)(la)片(pian):鹿(lu)(lu)茸(rong)全(quan)臘(la)(la)片(pian)、鹿(lu)(lu)茸(rong)半(ban)臘(la)(la)片(pian),臘(la)(la)質多(duo),粉質少(shao)或無粉質,是鹿(lu)(lu)茸(rong)最頂端(duan)部分,因質地細膩,油(you)潤如臘(la)(la),色澤干(gan)凈(jing)稱之為臘(la)(la)片(pian)。一個(ge)整條的鹿(lu)(lu)茸(rong)也只能(neng)切出2-3片(pian)全(quan)臘(la)(la)片(pian)。
二(er)級鹿(lu)(lu)茸(rong)粉(fen)(fen)(fen)片:鹿(lu)(lu)茸(rong)白粉(fen)(fen)(fen)片、鹿(lu)(lu)茸(rong)紅(hong)粉(fen)(fen)(fen)片、鹿(lu)(lu)茸(rong)黃粉(fen)(fen)(fen)片(有的不分此等級),粉(fen)(fen)(fen)質多,含臘(la)圈,粉(fen)(fen)(fen)片屬(shu)整支鹿(lu)(lu)茸(rong)中(zhong)上段部分,質地清脆,中(zhong)間部分為粉(fen)(fen)(fen)質,臘(la)圈包圍。
三級鹿(lu)茸(rong)血片:鹿(lu)茸(rong)血片,含鹿(lu)茸(rong)血,片面有血色。
四(si)級鹿(lu)茸(rong)(rong)骨(gu)(gu)片:鹿(lu)茸(rong)(rong)骨(gu)(gu)片,純骨(gu)(gu)質化鹿(lu)茸(rong)(rong)片,骨(gu)(gu)片為(wei)整支鹿(lu)茸(rong)(rong)最底部,全骨(gu)(gu)質化,營養最差(cha)。
怎么分辨鹿茸片品質
鹿(lu)茸的品名很多,質量(liang)的優劣相(xiang)差也很大(da)。一般是(shi)從(cong)色(se)澤、質地、氣(qi)味等方面(mian)加以鑒別比較。鹿(lu)茸片的形(xing)(xing)態,通常呈(cheng)賀(he)形(xing)(xing)或橢圓形(xing)(xing),直徑 為(wei)1~4厘(li)米,片極薄。外(wai)皮為(wei)紅棕色(se)。鋸口面(mian)為(wei)黃白至棕黃色(se),外(wai)圍有一明顯環狀骨質或無(wu)、色(se)較深(shen),里面(mian)具蜂窩狀細孔(kong),中(zhong)間漸寬或呈(cheng)空洞(dong)狀 ,有的呈(cheng)棕褐色(se)。體輕,質硬而脆。氣(qi)微腥、味咸(xian)。
一般來(lai)說,鹿茸(rong)(rong)片(pian)(pian)(pian)以體輕 ,斷(duan)面(mian)蜂(feng)(feng)窩(wo)狀(zhuang),組織致 密(mi)者為上乘品(pin)。古(gu)人對鹿茸(rong)(rong)片(pian)(pian)(pian)積(ji)累了(le)豐(feng)富的(de)鑒(jian)別經驗。如在《增訂偽藥(yao)條(tiao)辨》一書中所 載:“茸(rong)(rong)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)頂尖(jian),最(zui)首層(ceng)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)白如蠟,油(you)潤(run)(run)如脂(zhi),名(ming)(ming)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)曰蠟片(pian)(pian)(pian);次層(ceng)白中兼黃,純(chun)系血(xue)(xue)(xue)液貫注其中,故(gu)名(ming)(ming)之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)曰血(xue)(xue)(xue)片(pian)(pian)(pian);最(zui)次層(ceng)片(pian)(pian)(pian)有蜂(feng)(feng)窩(wo),色(se)(se)紫(zi)黑透孔(kong) ,名(ming)(ming)曰風(feng)片(pian)(pian)(pian),俗(su)云木通片(pian)(pian)(pian),如木通之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)空通也。最(zui)次則(ze)骨毗連,同角相仿(fang),名(ming)(ming)曰骨片(pian)(pian)(pian),效(xiao)力最(zui)薄矣。”由此可(ke)見(jian)其鑒(jian)別之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)精(jing)說,辨析之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)明了(le)。在現(xian)代藥(yao)材(cai)商品(pin)市場上,常把(ba)鹿茸(rong)(rong)的(de)切(qie)片(pian)(pian)(pian),近(jin)頂處切(qie)下的(de),叫做(zuo)“血(xue)(xue)(xue)片(pian)(pian)(pian)”。血(xue)(xue)(xue)片(pian)(pian)(pian)厚約1毫米(mi),呈(cheng)蜜脂(zhi)色(se)(se),微紅潤(run)(run),片(pian)(pian)(pian)面(mian)光(guang)滑。把(ba)在鹿茸(rong)(rong)下段切(qie)下的(de)稱做(zuo)“粉(fen)片(pian)(pian)(pian)”。粉(fen)片(pian)(pian)(pian)厚約1.5毫米(mi),呈(cheng)灰白色(se)(se),起粉(fen),片(pian)(pian)(pian)面(mian)光(guang),有細孔(kong),周皮紫(zi)黑色(se)(se),有腥氣。“沙(sha)片(pian)(pian)(pian)”則(ze)臨近(jin)骨端,片(pian)(pian)(pian)面(mian)粗糙,有蜂(feng)(feng)窩(wo)狀(zhuang)細孔(kong)。血(xue)(xue)(xue)片(pian)(pian)(pian)功(gong)效(xiao)甚佳(jia),價(jia)格(ge)昂貴,粉(fen)片(pian)(pian)(pian)次之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi),價(jia)格(ge)也較(jiao)便(bian)宜,沙(sha)片(pian)(pian)(pian)又次之(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)。“骨片(pian)(pian)(pian)”最(zui)近(jin)骨端,質量比沙(sha)片(pian)(pian)(pian)為差。
近代(dai)藥物學(xue)家通過(guo)藥物化學(xue)分(fen)析發現,鹿(lu)茸的(de)(de)頂(ding)部(bu)(bu)浸出液的(de)(de)生物活性(xing)(xing)最高,鹿(lu)茸的(de)(de)淺表(biao)組織細(xi)胞也是愈近頂(ding)部(bu)(bu)愈呈幼(you)稚像,及至髓部(bu)(bu)頂(ding)端 充滿大而(er)長的(de)(de)紡錘形細(xi)胞。鹿(lu)茸的(de)(de)基底(di)部(bu)(bu)生物活性(xing)(xing)最低,而(er)中(zhong)間部(bu)(bu)的(de)(de)化學(xue)成分(fen)及含(han)量(liang),基本上可(ke)以代(dai)表(biao)整個鹿(lu)茸的(de)(de)平均值。
