直流屏是(shi)(shi)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)操作系(xi)統(tong)(tong)的(de)簡稱,通用(yong)(yong)名(ming)為(wei)(wei)智能免維護(hu)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)屏,通用(yong)(yong)型號為(wei)(wei)GZDW。它的(de)主要(yao)功能是(shi)(shi)把交流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)轉化為(wei)(wei)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)。電(dian)(dian)廠和(he)變電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)中的(de)電(dian)(dian)力操作電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan)現今(jin)采用(yong)(yong)的(de)都是(shi)(shi)直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),它為(wei)(wei)控(kong)制負荷和(he)動力負荷以及直(zhi)(zhi)流(liu)(liu)事故(gu)照明負荷等提供(gong)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(yuan)(yuan),是(shi)(shi)當代電(dian)(dian)力系(xi)統(tong)(tong)控(kong)制、保護(hu)的(de)基礎。
直流屏的應用范圍主要包括:新建或需(xu)要(yao)改(gai)造(zao)的(de)各(ge)類發電(dian)(dian)(dian)廠(chang)、水電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan);10KV、35KV、110KV、220KV、500KV等(deng)各(ge)類變(bian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan);為高壓開關、繼電(dian)(dian)(dian)保護、應急燈光照明等(deng)提(ti)供(gong)(gong)控制電(dian)(dian)(dian)源和操作電(dian)(dian)(dian)源;可用于、冶(ye)金、石化、電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣化鐵路(lu)等(deng)需(xu)要(yao)220V(110V)直流電(dian)(dian)(dian)源的(de)場合;通信、鐵路(lu)交換局(ju)、電(dian)(dian)(dian)信、農話、移動基站(zhan),接(jie)入網(wang)等(deng)場合提(ti)供(gong)(gong)直流電(dian)(dian)(dian),電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓等(deng)級一般為DC48V或者DC24V。
二、直流屏的工作原理
直流屏電(dian)(dian)力(li)操作電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)系統由(you)交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)配電(dian)(dian)部(bu)(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)、整流(liu)(liu)部(bu)(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)、直流(liu)(liu)饋(kui)電(dian)(dian)部(bu)(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)、監控(kong)(kong)部(bu)(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)組成(cheng)(cheng)。其中交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)配電(dian)(dian)部(bu)(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)主要由(you)交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)配電(dian)(dian)單元組成(cheng)(cheng)。整流(liu)(liu)部(bu)(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)由(you)充電(dian)(dian)模(mo)塊和隔離二極管組成(cheng)(cheng)。直流(liu)(liu)饋(kui)電(dian)(dian)部(bu)(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)由(you)降壓硅鏈、絕緣檢測、合閘分(fen)(fen)(fen)路和控(kong)(kong)制分(fen)(fen)(fen)路組成(cheng)(cheng),監控(kong)(kong)部(bu)(bu)(bu)分(fen)(fen)(fen)由(you)監控(kong)(kong)模(mo)塊和配電(dian)(dian)監控(kong)(kong)組成(cheng)(cheng)。
系(xi)統交流(liu)(liu)(liu)輸(shu)入(ru)正常(chang)時,兩路(lu)(lu)交流(liu)(liu)(liu)輸(shu)入(ru)經(jing)(jing)交流(liu)(liu)(liu)切換控制電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)(lu)選擇其中一(yi)路(lu)(lu)輸(shu)入(ru),并(bing)通過交流(liu)(liu)(liu)配電(dian)(dian)(dian)單元給各個充電(dian)(dian)(dian)模塊供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)。充電(dian)(dian)(dian)模塊將三相交流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)轉換為220V或110V的(de)直流(liu)(liu)(liu),經(jing)(jing)隔(ge)離(li)二(er)極管隔(ge)離(li)后并(bing)聯(lian)輸(shu)出,一(yi)方(fang)面給電(dian)(dian)(dian)池充電(dian)(dian)(dian),另(ling)一(yi)方(fang)面通過合閘分路(lu)(lu)和(he)控制分路(lu)(lu)給負載提供(gong)正常(chang)的(de)直流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)源。
交流輸(shu)入停電或(huo)異(yi)常時(shi),充(chong)電模塊(kuai)停止工作,由(you)電池通過合(he)閘分路(lu)和控制分路(lu)給負載供電。交流輸(shu)入恢復正常以后(hou),充(chong)電模塊(kuai)對電池充(chong)電。
