脂肪電子體重稱靠譜嗎
僅僅體重并不代表健康,人們越來越擔心自己體內的脂肪,因而各種人體脂肪測量儀產品出現在商場。
人體脂(zhi)肪的(de)含(han)量(liang),即脂(zhi)肪率的(de)正(zheng)確(que)檢(jian)測方法是(shi)將人體全(quan)部(bu)沒入水中,測出排水率(體積(ji)),再根(gen)據(ju)體重(zhong)求出人體的(de)比重(zhong),由此推斷出人體的(de)脂(zhi)肪率。但在日常情況下這(zhe)種方法不(bu)太現實(shi)。
人(ren)(ren)(ren)的(de)身體含水(shui)(shui)(shui)量約為70%,這些水(shui)(shui)(shui)份(fen)絕(jue)大部分(fen)存(cun)在于血液、瘦肉及內(nei)(nei)臟中,而脂肪(fang)(fang)中含水(shui)(shui)(shui)量極低。體內(nei)(nei)水(shui)(shui)(shui)份(fen)由于溶解有各(ge)種(zhong)成(cheng)分(fen)而呈(cheng)現(xian)低電(dian)阻(zu)(zu),脂肪(fang)(fang)卻呈(cheng)現(xian)高(gao)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu),因而人(ren)(ren)(ren)體中脂肪(fang)(fang)和(he)水(shui)(shui)(shui)的(de)比例影響到人(ren)(ren)(ren)體的(de)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu),如(ru)果考慮脂肪(fang)(fang)和(he)水(shui)(shui)(shui)份(fen)的(de)合成(cheng)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu),則(ze)脂肪(fang)(fang)多的(de)人(ren)(ren)(ren)體電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)值就高(gao)。目前市售(shou)的(de)各(ge)種(zhong)人(ren)(ren)(ren)體脂肪(fang)(fang)測量儀幾乎都是以測量體電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)的(de)方法來推測脂肪(fang)(fang)量,圖(tu)1為某(mou)產品的(de)檢測方法。
如何自制脂肪測量儀
下面介紹一款可自制的簡易人體脂肪測量儀。
考(kao)慮(lv)到簡(jian)單(dan)易制,信號源(yuan)采(cai)用了5kHz的正弦波,且不用單(dan)片機(ji)、數字顯示等,同時考(kao)慮(lv)到同一個人(ren)使用,只要了解自身體(ti)脂肪的變化情況(kuang)就可以了,因(yin)而(er)也未(wei)考(kao)慮(lv)人(ren)的的身高、體(ti)重對(dui)檢(jian)測的影響(xiang)。
由(you)T1、T2構成(cheng)文氏電(dian)(dian)(dian)橋振蕩(dang)器,產生5KHz的(de)(de)正弦波,經C5送到(dao)(dao)一只腳(jiao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)上,另一只腳(jiao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)與電(dian)(dian)(dian)源的(de)(de)負(fu)極(ji)(ji)相(xiang)(xiang)連,即(ji)人(ren)(ren)體(ti)兩支腳(jiao)掌間(jian)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻與信(xin)號源并聯。由(you)于(yu)人(ren)(ren)體(ti)兩腳(jiao)間(jian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻一般在(zai)(zai)(zai)數(shu)百kΩ以上,故其后(hou)的(de)(de)檢(jian)測電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)輸入(ru)采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)了(le)高輸入(ru)阻抗的(de)(de)射極(ji)(ji)跟隨器T3;把T3輸出的(de)(de)信(xin)號經二(er)極(ji)(ji)管整(zheng)(zheng)流取出與體(ti)脂肪(fang)率相(xiang)(xiang)關的(de)(de)直流電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),再經一級射極(ji)(ji)跟隨器T4輸出到(dao)(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)。由(you)于(yu)輸入(ru)到(dao)(dao)檢(jian)測電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)的(de)(de)信(xin)號很小(xiao)(xiao),而常(chang)規的(de)(de)二(er)極(ji)(ji)管整(zheng)(zheng)流電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)不(bu)適用(yong)(yong)(yong)于(yu)小(xiao)(xiao)信(xin)號,故利用(yong)(yong)(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻R12給二(er)極(ji)(ji)管加(jia)一偏置(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),使二(er)極(ji)(ji)管在(zai)(zai)(zai)無(wu)信(xin)號時仍有電(dian)(dian)(dian)流通過(guo),就可以增加(jia)對小(xiao)(xiao)信(xin)號的(de)(de)反應能力;與此(ci)對應,在(zai)(zai)(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)中增加(jia)了(le)由(you)R15和VR2的(de)(de)調零(ling)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu),以抵消前述偏置(zhi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)對測量結果的(de)(de)影響。由(you)于(yu)是采(cai)用(yong)(yong)(yong)數(shu)字電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)表(biao)來測量檢(jian)測結果,故檢(jian)測電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)之后(hou)未設計放(fang)大(da)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)。兩腳(jiao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)可用(yong)(yong)(yong)食品(pin)包(bao)裝鋁(lv)箔剪(jian)成(cheng)四塊園片(pian)(pian),每腳(jiao)兩塊;取絕緣板(ban)(ban)一塊,大(da)小(xiao)(xiao)與市售人(ren)(ren)體(ti)秤(cheng)相(xiang)(xiang)當,在(zai)(zai)(zai)板(ban)(ban)上兩腳(jiao)位置(zhi)貼上與電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)片(pian)(pian)大(da)小(xiao)(xiao)相(xiang)(xiang)同的(de)(de)雙(shuang)面膠,從板(ban)(ban)下穿孔經過(guo)雙(shuang)面膠穿入(ru)多股(gu)導(dao)線(xian),并將線(xian)頭分杈攤開在(zai)(zai)(zai)雙(shuang)面膠表(biao)面,然(ran)后(hou)將電(dian)(dian)(dian)極(ji)(ji)片(pian)(pian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)緊在(zai)(zai)(zai)雙(shuang)面膠上與導(dao)線(xian)緊密(mi)接(jie)觸,構成(cheng)測量踏板(ban)(ban)。整(zheng)(zheng)機電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)用(yong)(yong)(yong)3V電(dian)(dian)(dian)池供電(dian)(dian)(dian)。
調整:
先確認(ren)振(zhen)蕩(dang)器工作(zuo)正(zheng)常。用音頻(pin)信號(hao)傳輸(shu)線從(cong)(cong)將C1輸(shu)出端(duan)及地端(duan)連接(jie)至立體(ti)聲放大器,若振(zhen)蕩(dang)正(zheng)常,可從(cong)(cong)喇叭聽到音頻(pin)聲;調整VR1可聽出頻(pin)率(lv)的(de)變化。
檢(jian)測(ce)電(dian)(dian)路應(ying)先調零,在檢(jian)測(ce)器輸出端(duan)接(jie)入數字萬(wan)用表的mV檔,在兩(liang)腳電(dian)(dian)極(ji)懸空的情況下調整VR2,使電(dian)(dian)壓表指示(shi)為(wei)0V。在上方兩(liang)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)片間(jian)串聯(lian)1M電(dian)(dian)阻,再將兩(liang)手掌分(fen)別壓緊在上下兩(liang)電(dian)(dian)極(ji)板上,電(dian)(dian)壓表上應(ying)有10~20mV的電(dian)(dian)壓指示(shi)。
脂肪測量儀實際使用(yong)時,雙腳(jiao)赤(chi)腳(jiao)站(zhan)在(zai)兩(liang)腳(jiao)電(dian)極片位(wei)置(zhi),電(dian)壓(ya)表應(ying)有一電(dian)壓(ya)值(zhi)(zhi),如9mV,此值(zhi)(zhi)可(ke)作為日后測量脂肪率的參(can)考值(zhi)(zhi)。一般,脂肪多的人電(dian)壓(ya)值(zhi)(zhi)高,瘦人電(dian)壓(ya)值(zhi)(zhi)低。
